We stayed the week with our pups. The yard is small but enough to walk the dogs. We tried to clean up with little bags as they went. The trash dump is a close 8 minute drive. The beds are comfortable and the house is laid out nicely. The couch isn't the most comfortable but we did have access to netflix. We ordered pizzas the last night and watched movies. It was a great time. We hope to stay here again soon. We didn't bring our boat this time but there is a boat ramp just up the street. The ferry to ocracoke is only 30 minutes away and we spent 2 days on the beach. We dined in Morehead City at Taps and Tackle twice. Definitely get the Mahi Tacos. There is a great bait store in Atlantic Beach that has live shrimp and mud minnows. Tradewinds Tackle shop. The house is close to everything and is super cozy in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place
I had a good experience with this property. Nice quiet neighborhoods. There could have been some more seating in the living room and some better cleaning. Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed. A dishwasher would have been nice for a vacation spot. There was an odor from the water and shower was stained. That could be from just being an old house or plumbing.
Some friends of mine were looking for a place to get together and catch up and this house was amazing! We were able to fit 8 of us here with ease, and the whole area was very spacious. The dining table was a great place for group gatherings and the living room was very nice to just watch a movie. We would visit again.
Beautiful home in a quiet fishing neighborhood. Everything from check in to departure was excellent and just as stated. A little further to the harbor at the end of the road than I had hoped for but my husband loved it . Thank you so much for your hospitality. The home was overflowing with any need you might encounter.
I really enjoyed returning to this house after exploring the Crystal Coast each day. I also worked from home here. LOVE the painted stairs and dining room floor. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee. I highly recommend the restaurant Circa 81 in Morehead City. This very reasonably priced house in a non-touristy area where you can walk to the harbor is perfect. I plan to stay again.
