Charming village apartment with roof terrace in the heart of Port Andratx

This charming 72m² upper floor of a typical Fisherman´s house is located in the heart of Port Andratx village. It has 2 bright and airy bedrooms (with balcony access), and a modern bathroom with shower. There is an open-plan kitchen, comfortable lounge which leads onto a second balcony. The lounge also has a fire place for the Autumn and winter nights. There is a washing machine and all rooms have ceiling fans. In addition to this the bedrooms have airconditioning with heating. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. There is a smart TV with with German programmes, BBC, CNN and a connection to Netflix and Amazon Prime . In addition to the location, this house has a 60m² private roof terrace with urban and green mountain views. The roof terrace has a BBQ area, table and chairs for entertaining, loungers for relaxing, shower, a large marquee for sun protection and blue tooth surround sound system with speakers. It is a great way to relax, BBQ and still hear the buzz of village life below. There are stairs to enter the apartment and 2 sets of stairs to get onto the roof terrace. The stairs are well lit and have handrails.
There is free open parking 1 minute away from the house and all shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Schöne Zeit in Port Andratx

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Wohnung und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Check-In war wie immer Super. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

Mit einem Wort: phantastisch!

Wir können die Wohnung von Alison nur wärmstens empfehlen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, über den Check-in, bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts und dem Check-out. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet, sie ist picobello sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man mal Lust hat, selbst zu kochen, ist alles vorhanden bis zu Olivenöl und Gewürzen, die man benutzen darf. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Leider haben wir sie kaum genossen, da wir meistens mit dem Rennrad unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage zur Hafenpromenade, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank an Alison und Diana für die perfekte Abwicklung. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Schöner Urlaub in Port Andratx

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Port Andratx. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während des Aufenthalts war einwandfrei. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat perfekt funktioniert. Novembertage in Port Andratx

Das Wetter war zwar sehr wechselhaft, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lag wunderbar zentral (zu unserem Lieblingslokal Nr. 11) und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. LG Jutta und Uwe

Un séjour très réussi

L'appartement est propre spacieux, particulièrement bien équipé, et assez lumineux. La terrasse est magnifique et très bien équipée même si elle ne donne pas sur la mer. Le centre animé est à 2 pas. L'accueil par une agence immobilière est très chaleureux et professionnel. Nous avons été très satisfait.

Top-Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was gebraucht wird. Der Hit ist die Dachterrasse! Zu bedenken ist, dass die Wohnung dicht bei DEM abendlichen Hotspot von Port liegt. Wer absolute Ruhe am Abend und in der Nacht braucht, sollte die Wohnung nicht mieten (außer es gibt wieder eine Ausgangssperre).

Einen Monat Erholung auf Mallorca

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und alles war sauber es gab nichts auszusetzen. Der Ofen im Wohnzimmer war sehr wichtig das man es am Abend schön warm hatte. Auf der Dachterrasse konnte man die Sonne und die ruhe pur erleben. Mit der Alison der Vermieterin hatte ich einen sehr guten Kontakt und alle Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen war alles perfekt.
