Chalet chaleureux et spacieux, avec vues spectaculaires sur le mt Blanc et ses aiguilles. I located in Bordure du golf et au pied des pistes de la Flégère, où vous accéderez à pied en suivant notre rivière. They are intérieur contemporain, ses 3 great chambres et are équipement complet, nous permettent d’offrir a comfort optimum pour 6 personnes.
L’arrêt du Chamonix bus is à 200m pour vous rendre au center et aux autres remontées de la vallée.
Notre équipe vous fournira assistance in tout moments.

Le chalet du Vouvy est moderne et lumineux, conçu in grands espaces ouverts.
Au RC, an ensemble avec séjour, salle à manger, cuisine-bar et sa cheminée offre une ambiance chaleureuse. I insisted that 2 chambres avec salle de bains et WC.
Au 1st, an étage mezzanine avec la spacieuse chambre principale, salle-de-bains, WC et bureau.
Profitez du jardin et des vues imprenables sur le massif du mt Blanc, comfortment installés sur la terrasse.

A perfect place, for a perfect holiday

We have been to Chamonix +15 times, and this is our first time staying in Les Prez, but not the last time.The charlet is a perfect place for a perfect holiday. It has everything you need 👍, and it is only a short walk from Chamonix.

What an amazing Chalet! Perfectly positioned near the Flegere lift and with stunning views of Mont Blanc and Aguille Du Dru. Michel the owner was very attentive and made us feel at home. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful property

A fantastic house in a great location. The centre of Les Praz is within 5 minutes walk with a bar, hotel, sports shop and a small food store which was great for our morning baguettes and pastries. Around 30 minutes (flat) walk along the river path to Chamonix and a host of other walks into the mountains from the doorstep. The house itself was spacious, very well-equipped and well maintained. Lovely garden too for those summer evenings with views of the snow-topped mountains and the stream running along the edge. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet du Vouvy qui est bien équipé. Idéalement situé, environnement verdoyant entouré d'arbres, au calme et bien sûr vue sur le Mont Blanc, les aiguilles. Idéal pour se reposer. Comme nous n'avons plus l'age de faire de grandes randonnées, nous avons apprécié le repos dans ce cadre après nos promenades à proximité (on peut faire des kms...) . Une épicerie très achalandée est à 5 mn à pied. On peut tout y acheter. Chamonix est également facile d'accès à pied, 15-20 mn sur un chemin très agréable.Tout y était, on ne peut qu'avoir envie d'y revenir.

Chalet spacieux et très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale à 6 dans ce chalet.Il est très spacieux,tout le monde a son espace,la vue est magnifique et le jardin très agréable.Tout proche de Chamonix centre (15 mn à pied par un chemin très agréable) et en même temps au calme,bref un séjour parfait avec des activités nombreuses tout proche.Nous reviendrons certainement!

Beau chalet très bien placé, au calme mais a proximité de tout, spacieux et confortable, grande terrasse et grand jardin. Vue imprenable sur le Mt Blanc ! Cuisine très bien équipée abec tout le nécessaire
