The yard occupies a fenced area of 3.700 m2 with 8 parking spaces. The heated, hydromassage infinity pool of 60 m2 will give you a magical atmosphere even during cold nights. In the yard there is a covered summer kitchen with grill, fireplace, TV with a soundbar, large family table, toilet and WiFi.

Also on the outside, the property features exercise equipment such as treadmill, orbitrek and weights.

The ground floor terrace of 20 m2 has a comfortable sitting set and table, overlooking the beautiful landscape, swimming pool and private olive grove. During the rainy days you will experience a special ripple of light and rain drops that intertwine each other.
