The house was really really dirty, I tried to clean the house by the vacuum cleaner but even that was broken. When I went to check the bedrooms, the sheets were old and had stains so I had to go and pay out of my pocket and buy new sheets and blankets. The bedrooms are really tiny and the beds are literally tiny. I do not recommend going to this property and for me it was just a waste of money.

Too isolated

Arrived and found locating the caravan challenging, not clear signs for numbers and one way system means if you miss a turning you have to do another circuit of the site to try again. Once found accommodation was quite good. This site was chosen on its close proximity to a beach, so soon after arrival went with the children to check it out but found it is not accessible or indeed even open due to cliff erosion!! The nearest beaches either way were a 30 minute walk, using the car all the time was not what we had in mind. Then another main attraction was the lovely looking pool on site, but due to the Covid restrictions when we tried to book a slot there was no availability for the whole of the next day. Then when attempting to get a meal in the site restaurant - no tables available because people were occupying them ready for the bingo! So again more car journeys to get something to eat. We were only there for 3 days, couldn’t check in until 4pm on the 1st one so didn’t get any use of three of the main attributes of the site that attracted us to book the short break. Would not return.

Hi Steven, sorry to hear you had issues finding your accommodation, we did send a park map before your stay to help you. As advised the one way system is in place for everyone's safety. The advert does not state there is direct beach access and the nearest beach is Hopton- a 4 minute drive from this site. Sorry to hear you had issues pre booking, again due to Covid restrictions, the park have extra safety measures in place to ensure everyone can socially distance responsibly.
