Rustic but Charming - Great for Groups

The good: - Fantastic private location, central to the south of the island - Beautiful (heated) pool with pool bar and loungers - 3 seperate buildings each with bathroom and kitchenette makes this property ideal for groups with different couples or families The not so good: - Villa wasn't ready when we arrived. Beds not made, towels etc not clean - The cleaning lady (who was lovely) was there the first 4 days. Waaay more work than she could have done in the one day between reservations, but rather intrusive - The laundry situation is a bit rustic if you are staying for an extended period of time with many people - Kitchen isn't the most well stocked. Should've just bought knives. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would recommend this property. The negatives are easily fixed and the positives are killer. An all inclusive 5 star it ain't, but a beautiful spot sure to leave you with great memories? 100%

+ Außenansicht des GebĂ€udes + die verschiedenen SitzplĂ€tze +der Pool + NĂ€he zum Flughafen Figari -Sauberkeit sehr schlecht vor allem in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken -Kochutensilien dreckig/ Spinnweben drin und grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils kaputt -Mobiliar drinnen und draußen kaputt -Betten waren nicht bezogen - BettwĂ€sche musste selbst zusammengesucht werden -wenige HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 6 Personen 14 Tage lang

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'ensemble de la location (studio et T2),murs et matelas moisis mais nous avons loger à six dans la maison principale,c'est dommage mais nous avons tout de malgré tout passé une bonne semaine en famille à Figari.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passĂ© 3 semaines trĂšs reposantes sur place en fin de saison 2021. Les trois logements en un, ont permis Ă  chaque partie de la famille d'avoir son intimitĂ©, mais aussi de pouvoir nous retrouver confortablement. Le quartier est calme, et la clim permet d'avoir des nuits de repos au frais. La piscine est de belle taille, et les quelques marches Ă  descendre pour la rejoindre ne sont pas un problĂšme. MichĂšle a Ă©tĂ© de bons conseils (sorties / plages / boucher de Figari ...), et mĂȘme si elle n'est pas sur place, elle reste disponible pour rĂ©gler les petits alĂ©as. Des travaux d'amĂ©lioration des rĂ©seaux, de la terrasse extĂ©rieure Ă©taient au programme aprĂšs notre dĂ©part pour mise au norme de la fosse septique, et remettre en Ă©tat l'Ă©lectricitĂ© et le sol de la terrasse intĂ©rieure, mais cela n'a pas nuit Ă  notre sĂ©jour. Le gite est accolĂ© au maquis et la forĂȘt, nous avions rĂ©guliĂšrement le plaisir de voir passer des cochons sauvages le soir, et la nuit d'entendre des rongeurs sur les toits rĂ©cupĂ©rer les glands, mais nous ne les avons jamais vus, cependant une portĂ©e de petits chats sauvages ont Ă©lu domicile sur place au moment oĂč nous y Ă©tions. A ce jour ils ont sĂ»rement fait leur travail ! En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour au calme (l'aĂ©roport de Figari ne s'entend pas), la voiture est indispensable pour faire les courses aller Ă  la plage ou en rando (10/30 min de trajet) , mais c'est le prix Ă  payer pour un sĂ©jour au calme.
