This waterfront 3 BR / 3 BA two-story duplex home on Key Colony Beach comfortably sleeps 8 and includes 30 feet of dockage to bring your own boat or rent one locally. Second story includes spacious galley kitchen with breakfast bar; large living area and dining room overlooking canal; private master suite with en suite bathroom and balcony. Ground level with private entrance includes open kitchen, living and dining area with another private bedroom and bath. Enjoy complimentary access to the Cabana Club Membership during your stay or visit pristine parks close by such as Sunset Park, read on the patios or secluded hammock and enjoy a backyard barbecue on the extra wide canal under the stars!

Key Colony Vacation

The location was perfect. We loved walking to the Cabana Club. They have the best pool & a very relaxing beach. The server came right out to the beach to serve drinks & food. We will definitely stay in Key Colony again.

Great place!

Clean, plenty of space for the whole family. Pool is chilled so that was great and the beach is beautiful and clean.

Nice location with great perks

The house is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The house was clean and came with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Everyone loved the Cabana Club which has a nice pool, hot tub, and a private beach.
