Sorry to hear that Lucia, perhaps stay a little further out of the city centre next time if you are looking for peace and quiet! Team HAT x
Had a great 3 night getaway from London with friends. The location of this place is top. 2 mins from Holyrood and the start of the royal mile. The team at HAT are quick to help and respond as well. And the flat was remarkably clean and tidy. However, that is pretty much the end of my positives.
The property itself is listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, but it’s no where close. This flat is very much a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Had we known that before, we most likely would not have booked anyways as the 2 bathrooms was important to our group.
That leads us to our first night where one of the bed frames literally collapsed underneath our friends. The furniture overall could have some help as the chairs and couch are in questionable condition with stains etc.
One of the earlier reviews mentioned noise and it is legitimately noisy, however living in London we didn’t mind too much. But the train line is directly out front and you can very much hear it along with the les mis singing neighbours.
Nice city, good location, helpful team - but the physical property needs some help.
