About this property

The Property

Casa Oceano has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated to ensure our clients´comfort in mind. A real home away from home. The best part of this holiday home is the terrace where you can enjoy the great views to the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura.

The property sleeps 4 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a double bed with A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second room has 2 single beds. There is also another bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your favourite meals and includes pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils. The living room has a large sofa, with smart TV, satellite channels and free wifi.

Wake up and sit in the terrace with your coffee before treating yourself to an early swim in Playa grande (the beach right in front). From your private terrace you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets while having a glass of Malvasia wine. Or why not put your trainers on and have a walk in the sand while the magic happens!

The Area

The house it is located right in the center of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for morning and afternoon walks along the promenade. Also along the promenade you will find all types of shops be they supermarkets, pubs, bars, car hire, souvenir shops and many nice restaurants.

The area is ideal for all kinds of sports & watersports, particularly diving enthusiasts will find a fully equipped diving centre in close proximity where one could hire equipment and ask for beginner or professional advice. Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy a long cycling lane along the promenade which leads to the nearby villages.

We like to give our guests space but are available 24/7 for anything they may need, be it a restaurant recommendation or a detail in the property, we are just a phone call/text message away.

Home away from home!

This apartment is beautiful and it is in a very good location .... close to numerous shops and restaurants. It is just across the beach and you enjoy sea view not only from the balcony but also from the living room. Communication with the apartment management was fast and clear. Miguel is absolutely fantastic! He gave us directions to the apartment and he met us there. There were complimentary water, wine, fruits, chocolate, milk, soft drinks. It had all the amenities listed and much more. Internet was fast, good water pressure, numerous TV channels. There are windows on the ceilings of the bathrooms and the main bedroom which reduces the use of electric bulbs during the day and the one in the bedroom can be covered with a round cushion to avoid being woken up by bright light. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment but the bathroom in the main bedroom is rather small. The apartment is on top of a bar/restaurant that plays live music in the evening so it could get noisy. We did not find this as a minus because it did not take anything away from the beauty of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Would I go there again? Would I recommend this apartment? Yes, definitely!
