Villa Frances is located just a few kilometres from the airport and just a 5-minute walk from the lovely beaches of Puerto de Carmen.
Villa francés has 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 twin rooms and 1 double bedroom with a master bathroom.
Upstairs there is the fully fitted kitchen / dining area with the spacious lounge with Full UKTV and wifi.

Enjoy a glass of sangria on the balcony whilst admiring the beautiful sea views, or have a refreshing dip in the private heated pool. The private patio area complete with barbecue and cactus garden is perfect for al fresco dining!

As the Villa is detached and the gardens surrounded by walls, you can relax and enjoy maximum privacy. Compared to the heat outside, the interior is surprisingly cool. But whenever the temperature rises, the upstairs, downstairs and outdoor showers are a refreshing alternative to the pool. Lanzarote is the best island of the Canaries with the longest recorded sunshine hours. Puerto-del-Carmen – the island’s favourite town – rests on the southern coastline with miles of sandy beaches, countless palms, open-air cafes, superb restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos, sports facilities, supermarkets and a great variety of interesting shops.

Nice villa

The host was easy to contact. Couple of things to consider, there is no air-con and 2 fans supplied wasn't working, but nice breeze anyway so didn't need them. Kitchen could do with some updating. Swimming pool is very deep, no shallow end and the grandchildren didn't want to go in much as they are not strong swimmers. It is a long very steep walk up hill and could be a difficult if you have any back or knee issues however the taxi service is very good. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from and days out. Overall we had a lovely stay. grandchildren

The Villa is in a perfect location, however the tiered condition was clear to see and was disappointing that the quality or condition was not clearly indicated in the description. Contact with the host was limited and brief and concerning nearing the start of the check-in resulting in Verbo needing to intervene. The bathroom had rust in the bath, door stop missing with the fixing screw still in the floor and damp showing on walls. Handles missing on the kitchen unit, painted work surfaces peeling. The pool was great but deep to all areas, the sun lounger cushions were disgusting, worn and full of sweat marks. The internal is clearly showing damp marks and very dated, the cleaners weee there when we arrived and the place was clean but no toilet rolls left and no welcoming pack. This is clearly in need of a refurbishment which could be superb. A disappointing stay, however the saving grace was the weather.

It’s fair to say the pictures on yours and other websites are from some time ago. The villa now is looking very tired and in need of some renovation works. From the white paint peeling from the walls, particularly on the outside to the very broken outside shower, a feature in your dialogue about the property. The gardens all round in need of attention just like the stairwell down to the pool room, filthy! Inside the painted tiles on the kitchen worksurface, the paint peels off when you rub it with a cloth! The dirty greasy oven and nearly all pots and pans needed a clean before use! Black Mould on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom, plugs missing, lights in various rooms not working as bulbs need replacing. Bird poo needs cleaning up and better storage facility for the sunbed cushions not just stacked on the outside table. The owners need to spend some money, they are charging a high rental price but not delivering what is being marketed! Oh I nearly forgot, no red VV or blue V logo displayed on the building so according to Google, not operating within Spanish Tourism laws!
