The apartment is ideally located between the city center of Royan and the district of Pontaillac, near several beaches including the dovecote beach 150m. All activities and shops is within walking distance. The Thalasso and Garden Tennis are 5min.

The area of the pigeon beach is recognized as a quiet and popular area offering all activities and shops nearby. Everything is possible on foot, the coast is equipped with many bike paths and a bus stop serving the city of Royan and the surrounding area is located next to the housing.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and a cabin room with two single bunk beds. The room of life gives on a terrace equipped with a small living room of garden. Jolie région mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement. Douche insalubre, WC vieillots. Chambre très petite et peu de place pour poser nos bagages et nous n étions que 2 dans un appartement prévu pour 4

Super location

Location très bien située juste à côté de la plage du pigeonnier. Logement conforme à l annonce et bien équipé. Procédure d arrivée et de départ au top. Très belle expérience.
