L'appartement est très bien, belles surfaces, bien équipé, fonctionnel et propre. Il est décoré avec soin.Le parking privatif est bien utile dans le quartier.Les commerces et la plage sont à proximité immédiate.Tout est conforme à l'annonce.La Conciergerie est efficace tant pour le linge que pour l'arrivée et le départ. Points moins bien : le store banne vieillissant du balcon qui serait bon à changer. De par sa situation dans l'Avenue de Paris c'est bruyant, tôt le matin, les nombreux camions de livraison des restaurants du front de mer s'arrêtent de l'autre côté de la rue en laissant tourner les moteurs et les groupes frigorifiques.
