A well presented frontline beach 2 bedroom corner apartment with uninterrupted beach and sea views from the terrace. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has wifi, master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, family bathroom with bath, fully fitted kitchen and lounge with large patio doors leading on to the terrace.



The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

An enjoyable stay

Lovely property very modern plenty of room to spread out. Master bedroom large with superb en-suite bathroom walk in shower. Modern kitchen every appliance you would need loads on crockery and utensils all quality. Super patio although you loos the sun around 4.00 which would not be a problem normally as a superb pool is meters away. (Our problem was the pool was closed due to the water shortage) Nice restaurants near as is a couple of supermarkets all within walking distance. Would definitely go back.

Proximity to boardwalk, restaurants, port, beach etc. Nice pool though water was quite cold. Apartment well kitted out and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Hot water needs to be adjusted as it was scalding hot and difficult to regulate in showers. Could cause burning to a child. Better cleaning under beds needed. Could not use coffee pots on induction hob. Otherwise excellent. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

As soon as we walked into the apartment we got the wow factor. The space the cleanliness and the view are second to none. On closer inspection some of the furniture is a little tired looking and needs a bit of TLC, but that does not take away the fact that this is a fantastic apartment. The location is perfect. Just outside the apartment are bars and restaurants in the Castillo area and I would highly recommend La Taberna 2, Just a 10 minute stroll and your in the Marina with loads of fantastic bars and restaurants. We will definitely be returning to apartment 1522 Los Granados. We had a perfect holiday.
