Spectacular penthouse in Salou with a full double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room with a sofa bed for two more people. The apartment consists of two terraces, one leaving the dining room and a private one of more than 35 m2 on the upper floor.
The apartment has a SPECTACULAR community pool, with waterfall, slide and large area with garden and sun loungers.
The apartment is in a quiet area but in shops, supermarkets, etc ... Away from the nightclub area, just 7 minutes from the beach.

Marc est très disponible. Nous avons loué son emplacement voiture pour la semaine, car sinon très difficile de se garer. Petit soucis au niveau du garage, ou marc à été très réactif , problème réglé dans l’heure. Appartement avec tout le matériel nécessaire, super terrasse. Piscine juste géniale , très agréable de pouvoir se baigner dans la résidence. Immeuble bien entretenue. Rien de négatif à dire. L’appartement est au goût un peu ancien mais pour y séjourner pour les vacances il est parfait. Foncez.

Magnifique appartement avec un point fort une terrasse privé et une vue extraordinaire,il est bien situé on peux tout faire à pied je n ai pas bougée la voiture De la semaine,commerce à proximité ,boulangerie,restaurants, épicerie ,laverie . Un autre point fort la piscine avec toboggan,mes enfants on utilisé que leur maillot de bain de la semaine😂elle ferme à 22h . Je reviendrais les yeux fermé Merci aux propriétaires de nous permettre de passé de aussi bonne vacance avec son bien Fatima
