Beautiful, modern, well maintained 3BR 2.5BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. Sleeps 6-8 in 3 comfortable bedrooms. King, queen, and two double beds. Relax on the large first and second-floor porches, enjoy family dinners in the large kitchen and dining areas, and kick back with games and movies in the large living room. Features include all kitchen appliances and accessories, laundry, TV and WIFI, charcoal grill and plenty of extras.

Walking distance to Battery Creek, Sands Beach and Boardwalk, great restaurants and nature trails. 6 minutes to Parris Island, 10 minutes to walking and biking on the Spanish Moss Trail, 10 minutes to historic Beaufort, 20 minutes to beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, 40 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

Our family(including 4 adult children) very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was exactly as described and so convenient to everything in PortRoyal. We were in town for the Beaufort Air Show and it was a nice surprise to find out there was an After Party right down the street where we were able to meet the pilots!

It was a great place to stay. It’s minutes, and I mean minutes from the USMC Depot. The house is beautiful and conveniently located. Anything you need is near by. It is a quick walk to Fish Camp on 11th. A great restaurant. If you have a recruit that will be a Marine there is no better place to stayThank you

Weekend in Port Royal

We loved the location of the house and the spacious living area and bedrooms. Would have loved to have used the double porches, but it was a bit too hot this weekend. Air conditioning upstairs couldn’t quite keep up with the high temps but it was still comfortable downstairs Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, well-equipped, great location and loved the porches! Crab festival was the only disappointment as they started running out of Crab less than an hour in. Otherwise, great trip, nice restaurants and perfect location!

Beautiful home, had everything we needed. Loved the porch views and walking in the neighborhood.

We booked last minute for our son's USMC graduation. Base was very short trip, and we could see his barracks from the watch tower by the boardwalk where we spent a few evenings at the beer garden. Met many locals and really enjoyed everything about our trip, especially getting to see our Marine!

We were in South Carolina for a USMC graduation. It was 4 minutes away from Parris island and the location was perfect! All shops and restaurants were about 10 minutes away! The home was clean, fully stocked and very nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable! Lots of room in driveway and overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

Cozy Home Away from Home for Marine's Graduation

We were pleased to find this wonderful property for our trip to attend our Son's Marines Family Day and Graduation. The property was perfect for our family and lived up to the reviews. Great Visit

We were in town for our son's USMC graduation and this was the PERFECT location! The house was exactly what we needed - I was easily able to cook a meal for family day and we had everything else we needed to make a pleasant stay. It is close enough to Parris Island that it's just a 5-10 minute trip back, so my husband was able to drop off our Marine's bags and bring back some of his requested items during family day. The neighborhood is adorable and I would love the opportunity to visit when we are less scheduled to enjoy the town.
