The home was adorable, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts are quick to respond and very accommodating. We spent 3 nights here for my son's graduation from boot camp. It is very convenient to get to base from here. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever supplies you might need if you would like to cook, but the Marina restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away with great food and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the beach pass they provide and took a drive to one of the local spots to enjoy a view of the water. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beaufort Location

Made a trip to this area for a work assignment and decided to stay a few days to explore. The location of this little house was perfect for my work assignment as well as for visiting the sights in the area. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would be happy to stay here again if life ever brings us back to the area.

It was a wonderful trip. Family came from all across the country to celebrate our new Marine. All was good but the back porch is very dirty and has black mold on the window frames around porch. A good pressure washing would do the trick. Grill was shown in pictures on VRBO but no grill.

If you are like me you will research and search to find the perfect place. Perfect spot for our stay while attending our son’s graduation at Parris Island. Very quick and easy access to base. Located in a nice little neighborhood that was close to everything we needed. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property - beautiful house near the water and we’ll maintained. Everything was as expected and property management went above and beyond to make our stay better. Check in/out was easy and communication were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Marvelous Mariner's Court

Beautiful single story home in the quaint neighborhood near all attractions. Super clean but a bit noisy backing up to a main and very busy thoroughfare. Still very comfortable layout and the pass to Hunting Island made the trip! Thanks so much for sharing this gorgeous home.

Location and quality

Primary reason for our selection of this property was to attend my granddaughters graduation from Marine basic training. Convenient and close to Parris Island. Really not very far from anything around Beaufort. Place was super clean and well appointed. Exactly how it was advertised. Probably will visit again.

Convenient and Comfortable

Great place. We'll equipped for the weekend. Great neighborhood and location to Safe harbor marina and restaurant within walking distance. Nevermind the previous review about the busy hwy - didn't bother us one bit. Bring a noisemaker if you sleep light. The house Couldn't have worked out better for us. Would stay here again. Josh

Quick girls getaway

My daughter is going off to college and we wanted to have a quick girls weekend with 2 of our close friends. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient, clean, relaxing and just perfect stay. From the house itself to the neighborhood and surrounding shops and restaurants. The host was always quick to respond and helpful. The park pass to Hunting Island was a nice surprise bonus and we enjoyed beautiful beach day while we were there. The little restaurant behind the house was so much fun (I highly recommend the shrimp!) and just a few feet ahead. Would also recommend the Farmers Market on Saturday! We found a ton of local goodies to come home and cook a delicious dinner in the well equipped kitchen - everything you need! We all agreed it was the best VRBO we have ever stayed and and will definitely book again next time we’re in the area.

Ideal location for Port Royal

Although brief visit perfect location for Parris Island. Cottage was super clean and tidy with very functional layout. Can not say enough good things. Wish we had more time to see and learn about area...

Beautiful. Well stocked. Slept 6 and had seats for 6 at the table!!! Calming music was playing when we got there- it was just perfect! It was ready early which was perfect since it was a rainy day at the MC Recruit Depot the day we got in town.

Mariners Court

We loved the home and proximity to USMC base. We were disappointed with the couch and bed in the master. Both look nice and are clean but could use replacement. It was also unfortunate that even though we advised that we would have six people, we were not given sheets or pillows for the hide-a-bed couch. Because we were traveling from Michigan it was too late to contact the property manager when we arrived.

More than I could imagine!

Stepping into this home, you immediately feel relaxed and that someone truly took that extra effort to make you feel welcome! The small touches, such as paper products being there, the lights on, music playing and even the stocked kitchen with some K cups, water pitcher, etc. We will definitely book this again!

Cute & cozy!

I cannot stress enough how cute & cozy this home & neighborhood is. We felt so “at home” here. The neighborhood is seriously picture perfect. We rode our bikes throughout & anyone standing outside waived with a smile. The home is immaculate & filled with beautiful decor. The beds are super comfortable & the couch is simply amazing. My son graduated from MCRD PI & it was a quick, easy drive. The description/pictures are spot on with this one. I highly recommend this home & would most definitely book here again. Perfect spot for Parris Island Grad!!

This was PERFECT for our stay to see our son graduate boot camp at Parris Island. There was plenty of space and it was super close to PI. Checking in was a breeze and everything was clean and in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming in for graduation at PI or just to visit the area.

This is a truly lovely home in a nice area. Photos do not do it justice. The owners are meticulous about upkeep and presentation of the home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

The house was wonderful! Very clean, updated, comfortable, spacious. The neighborhood is a favorite; it was great to sit in the front porch rockers with a coffee, or walk the short distance to the marina with its amazing views, or sit on the screened back porch surrounded by trees. Centrally located to Port Royal and Beaufort, this place is a gem!
