Completely Renovated Historic Home in Perfect Location of Downtown Beaufort

Come stay in the heart of downtown historic Beaufort, within walking distance of Downtown Beaufort, the Waterfront Park and our wonderful antebellum Old Point neighborhood. Each floor in our two-story home has its own living room with a large screen TV, a functional kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with full bathroom, and a lovely porch to drink your coffee and watch the horse carriages go by. The upstairs Living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed that converts that room into the third bedroom. We are within blocks of Beaufort's finest restaurants and shops. We have off-street parking on our property for up to 3 cars and fast internet Wi-Fi. Our property is newly and completely renovated with Southern comfort, style, and relaxation in mind to make your stay delightful.

We had a family wedding weekend at the Beaufort Inn and this property was the perfect location for family. Good space for cars, convenient location to downtown, and across from Courtyard at the Inn.

Perfect place!

First, the location of the property was ideal. The street was quiet, but vibrant Bay Street is just a block away. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. We loved that both floors had living spaces and mini kitchens. The porches were peaceful for morning coffee or evening refreshments.

Beautiful & charming house in an excellent location. Comfortable with easy access to regional adventures. We enjoyed Hunting Island, Lady's Island, Port Royal, as well as Beaufort - all easy access from this house. Only down point - We only would have wanted a bit more counter space in the kitchenette.

Great trip!

We had a nice little 'girls trip' (mom/daughter/grandma/aunt). It was the perfect home for the 4 of us. The top and bottom level are mirrors of each other, and we had everything we needed. The home looks it was recently renovated, they did an awesome job! Perfect location, the entire little downtown/historic home area/riverfront are all within a block or two.

Perfect Downtown Beaufort Location

We were in town for a festival. It was a perfect house for two couples. We each had our own space but still had room to sit together and watch TV. Very well appointed and decorated. The home was fully renovated while keeping the charm of an old home. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

The rental lacks amenities, no toiletries, no tissue, no blow dryer, no iron, no replacement garbage bags, no wine glasses … left 4 wine glasses and 4 rocks glasses for those to come!

Great house! Super clean! We did not receive checkin codes prior to arrival. If the owner had not answered the phone we would not have been able to enter. This may have just been an oversight.. not sure. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the home.

Location! Location! Location!!

The temperature in the house was comfortable, and the upstairs bed (where I slept) was amazingly comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the people walk by. We were so close to Bay Street and all the shops and restaurants. Parked the car once, and walked to everything within 5 minutes. Ashley's place is not furnished or decorated like many of the VRBO's we've stayed in the past, so if you are looking for fine linens and draperies and accessories, you won't find them. But you will find a very clean, convenient to downtown location and the bare necessities -- which is all we needed!

Cute neighborhood, easy to find, able to walk most places and it’s great there is a driveway so you didn’t have to deal with parking meter. Comfortable beds. *this not the listing/hosts fault at all* but I didn’t read the listing’s description well enough to notice this place does not have a full kitchen (there are small fridge/freezer), toaster oven & toaster so I bring it up in the review in case others find it helpful to know. Nice decor in the house.

House was very beautiful and historical. And in the perfect walkable downtown beaufort location. But it was lacking on amenities compared to other rental houses we've stayed in. No real kitchen, only 2 minimalist kitchenettes, one on each floor. No dishwasher, barely any dishes, no were to dry dishes. Hotel size fridges, not so great for bringing leftovers back. Ad said 3 bedrooms, but really it's only 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in a living room. Absolutely no extras, no beach items, no bikes, no beach parking passes like many places in the area. This beautiful minimalist historic house is all about location, only a couple blocks from downtown, very walkable. So if the downtown location is were you want to be , this might be tour place. If amenities are you thing, this is probably not for you.

I stayed in this home a few days before I got married with my few bridesmaids and since I’m from Beaufort, I knew where everything around me was. However, what I didn’t know was how wonderful it was to actually stay downtown on a pretty well known but quiet street. Everything about this home speaks to southern charm and all of the little details it has all throughout. LOVED this house and I will never be able to walk by it again without fond memories shared in this home with some of the most important people. Service, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, all five stars.

My sisters, mother and I celebrated my mother’s birthday. We absolutely adored the house. It is adorable! We walked to all of be cute shops and restaurants. The house had everything needed.
