• 3 mins walk to Bristol North Nuffield health gym and “M1” Metro Bus stop, 15mins walk to Bristol Parkway train station; also close to MOD, Rolls Royce, UWE, Aviva, Southmead Hospital and Cribbs Causeway Mall
• 15-20 mins drive to Bristol City Centre (without traffic)
• Self check-in with lockbox
• A quality sofa beds in the living space can be made up as bed, should you wish to have up to 4 guest (extra 40 pound will be requested after booking if there are more than 2 adults staying).

Lovely little house with useful, fully equipped kitchen, which saves money on not needing to eat out all the time
