As a keen traveller, I spent many years staying in hotels around the world, but increasingly found myself drawn to holiday rentals because of their warm, home-from-home atmosphere. Inspired by the comfort and character of the places I stayed, I decided to become a host myself. My aim is simple: whether guests have spent the day exploring, working, or visiting family and friends, I want them to return to a clean, cosy space where they can relax and feel completely at home. When the sun is shining, I hope they’ll also enjoy spending time in the garden and making the most of their stay.
Why they chose this property
One of the reasons I love my home is its location. Within minutes, you can be on the M4 or M5 heading off to explore the surrounding area, while Bristol’s attractions are all within easy reach. Yet despite being so well connected, it’s wonderfully peaceful. I enjoy sitting in the garden listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the nearby woods, and I hope my guests enjoy that same sense of calm after a day of exploring or working.

Located just five minutes from the M4/M5 interchange and within easy reach of Bristol’s many attractions, it offers an ideal base for exploring the area. Yet despite being so well connected, the property enjoys a peaceful setting where guests can relax, enjoy the garden, and watch the wildlife from the nearby woods. As a keen traveller myself, I’ve created the kind of home-from-home environment that I always look for when staying away—clean, comfortable, welcoming, and designed to help guests unwind after a day of work or adventure.
