Plakias villa is a lavish two-bedroom escape with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the sunset.
Spread over two floors, the villa has a beautiful balance of shared spaces and private rooms, equipped with all the needed amenities and the amazing views from floor-to-ceiling windows.
Bright and comfortable interior that open up completely across the beach, making Villa Plakias a charming and calming place to relax and enjoy your vacations in one of the most beautiful island of Crete.
The open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 guests and a stylish living area with a Satellite TV, overlooking the pool and the sea.
Rooms are spread over the first floor. The first bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into a king bed (1.80*2.00). The master bedroom has a big window from wall to wall, ideal to enjoy the breathtaking sea view. Each bedroom has TV and air conditioner.
The villa is equipped with two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the second one on the first floor with a shower, offering all the needed bath amenities like shampoo, soap, shower gel and conditioner.
Either from the main door or from the window floor in the living area, you will lead to the outdoor area. It features an outdoor swimming pool as well sunbeds...the best place to relax gazing the endless view of the Cretan Sea.
Free street parking is available out of the villa.
After a long day, exploring the beauty of Crete, do not leave without enjoying a swim at the sandy beach of Plakias, just 100 meters from the villa.

Close to everything you want, plenty of room for all

If you walk us this street, in less than 5 minutes… you are on the pedestrian way around the acropolis and the acropolis museum. The Plaka is 5 minutes away on foot. Can’t beat this location. Bedrooms are roomy. Host was kind enough to meet us early, so we could drop off our bags before check in, allowing us to stroll to lunch without our heavy bags.

Five star property - highly recommended!

My family have just returned from staying at Villa Daphne and I can’t rate this property highly enough. It is immaculately presented, well designed and everything was absolutely perfect for our arrival. Even down to the welcome package, which included some essentials, as well as a tray of home baked treats and some local spirits. The location is excellent and only a few metres from the beach and beach bars. With restaurants and shops just a short stroll away. Unusually, this Villa is even nicer in reality than it appears in the photos!

Premium property, great location

2 people, 8 nights Eleni was a kind, thoughtful and attentive host. The property is designed, furnished and equipped to the highest standards, and feels brand new. The location is perfect for Plakias naturist beach. Possible improvements? Some of the furniture looks fabulous but is not all that comfortable, but we quickly adjusted. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt the property was worth its premium price.

Lovely Villa

Villa Daphne had everything we needed, it was immaculately clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Our host Eleni was welcoming and very kind. There were lots of additional things that made for an extremely comfortable stay; from plenty of dishwasher tablets, clean tea towels and table cloths, pool/beach towels, a 1st aid kit (fortunately not used), to shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. There was also a selection of food provided, Raki to drink and the kitchen had a wide range of appliances. The little pool, sun beds and views of the sea were also a bonus!

Fantastic Villa & Wonderful Host

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this villa. The condition of the interior was just as good as the photographs portrayed it to be, it felt brand new. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is close to the quiet village of Plakias, which has plenty of restaurants and beach bars to choose from. The host Eleni did everything she possibly could for us before and during our stay. It was a great experience all round and I highly recommend it.

Amzing villa and amazing host!

This villa is modern clean and well looked after by the owners. The owners were attentive all the way through our stay, and were on hand to help with any questions before our holiday began. The pool is perfect for for 4 people, especially in the searing 45c heat we have had recently! and there is enough space around the pool to lounge on the 4 deck chairs. The living/dining/kitchen area is modern and has everything you need to cook (although we eat out most days we still made breakfast and snacks in the villa). The rooms are clean and the balacony on the top floor adds a great finishing touch!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The house itself was beautifully maintained and even more stunning than the pictures suggested. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, making it feel like a true home away from home. Best time of the year!!!

We had the very best time of the year in Plakias and Elenis accomodation. First there was a very friendly and heartwarming welcome from Eleni. Then there were different pastrys, wine, nuts and liquors to choose. Even some water and ice in the fridge. Everything was clean, new and the modern interior is very nice. The house has literally everything you could possibly need. From a toaster to a coffee maker and even a fruit juicer. We were constantly asked if everything is ok and if we need anything. Finally there was a small problem with a lamp which was fixed immediately without even reporting it. It could´nt be better ;) My conclusion: We definately come back ;P

Traumhafte Ferien in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Villa Daphne ist ein echtes Schmuckstück in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Meerblick in Plakias. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, modern und geschmackvoll mit allen erdenklichen Geräten und dabei freundlich und wirklich „lichtdurchflutet“. Man kann den Gastgebern und künftigen Gästen eigentlich nur wünschen, dass diese kleine Juwel sorgsam behandelt wird und alles so bleibt wie es ist. Wir wurden liebevoll und persönlich betreut und auch die Empfehlungen der Gastgeber für abendliches Ausgehen und Essen waren allesamt Volltreffer. Tolle Gegend, tolles Haus und fantastische Gastgeber... hoffentlich bis bald! Michael
