Newly renovated lakefront home waiting for your arrival! Relax, unwind and enjoy an open water setting ready for your get-a-way! Shade trees, covered patio & large fenced backyard to the lake allows you to catch the perfect sunsets. The spacious dock allows for plenty of room to fish, keep your boat or water toys tied up or to just to watch the birds fly by and the fish jump.

Inside Anchored Away, you will find an open living-dining and kitchen concept with extra space for entertainment of the pool table that all looks out the wall of windows overlooking the lake. The wine/coffee bar is ready for the perfect set-up for all your needs to enjoy the morning and the "5 o'clock somewhere" afternoons! Wi-fi is available along with cable including movie channels for the flat screen TV. Games and books are available for your "off-line" entertainment.

The King and Queen rooms split each side of the home with their own baths in the hallway. The 2 "Bunk" rooms, one room with a custom bunk bed twin over full bed and a pullout twin trundle and the other with a Queen bed meet in the middle of the home and are ready for lots of kid fun or each room can be closed for privacy.

The home is fully equipped with all your needs in the kitchen, a gas grill for outdoor dinners & all linens for the bed & bath. A Keurig, coffee pot & a blender are available to bring your goodies with you! If you want to do those domestic things...there's a full-sized washer & dryer along with an iron & ironing board.

A 10-seat table and a breakfast bar allows for plenty of seating indoors or venture out to the dock for waterfront dining on the turquoise picnic table.

Right off the backyard, the lake is perfect for floating and swimming starting shallow and gradually getting much deeper to the back of the dock for jumping fun around 8 ft. Bring your water toys, life jackets & floats for the whole experience! If you bring your boat/jet ski, there's a private community boat ramp just a short drive down the street from the home. Need extra parking? No problem, the home has an extended long driveway plus private additional parking in front of the home (20x60).

Anchored Away is located in a small quiet neighborhood within 2 miles from local grocery stores including H-E-B and Kroger or find everyday shopping at Ross & Marshalls. The quaint uniqueness of downtown Granbury is a short ride into town where you can find lots of fun stores and one-of-a-kind restaurants.

You probably won't want to leave but just in case you do...there are so many near by attractions from the house that you can look forward to such as shopping/festivals in Granbury, golf courses, drive-in movies, wildlife parks & dinosaur exploration!

Being on the Ft. Worth side of Granbury, it's a shorter drive! 45 min from Downtown Ft Worth & a little over an hour from Dallas.
