On the ground floor we have a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (pots, cutlery, glasses, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a large dining room. lunch where you can all eat together.
The ground floor continues with a large living room with several sofas and a beautiful bar perfect for having aperitifs with your friends where you can spend unique moments. There is also a billiard room and a bathroom complete with all services.
The ground floor includes a double sofa bed + 1 folding bed


First floor rooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed + 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: Double bed + 1 single bed + 1 cot
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Bed
Also on this floor we have a large bathroom complete with all services.

Second Floor Rooms:
Room 5: Double Bed + 2 Single Bed + Internal Bathroom
Room 6: Double Bed + 2 Single Bed + Internal Bathroom

The house is only 18km from the sea and is only 5km from the city center where you can find all the services with supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, etc.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Mi chiamo Davide, sono di Verona e sono venuto in compagnia dei miei amici Tutto è andato a meraviglia, Maurizio è l'host più gentile e disponibile che abbiamo mai incontrato. Siamo una compagnia di 18 ragazzi e abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per 6 notti.. risultato? Un'esperienza indimenticabile dovuta soprattutto alla fantastica posizione della villa e per tutte le attrezzature all'interno di essa. Con tavola da biliardo, griglia per la carne, calcetto e ping pong all'esterno, non ci è mancato nulla. La ciliegina sulla torta? Proprio il nostro host, Maurizio, che al terzo giorno ci regala una fantastica torta. Nulla di più bello. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole fare una vacanza in compagnia di tante persone.
