Fantastic Creekside Condo in the town of Winter Park

Fantastic condo sitting on Vasquez Creek. Completely remodeled unit with new appliances and flooring: everything has been completely redone.
The Unit features cable, internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. You just supply the food!
Full HD LED TV's in family room and master bedroom.
Condo is stocked with games and books for both kids and adults.
Master bedroom features a king size bed and a gigantic tile steam shower.
Hall bath contains bathtub and shower.
Second bedroom has two sets of new twin XL bunk beds, which can accommodate any configuration of children, adults, and teenagers. Condo also has a queen size air mattress.
This is a ground floor unit located down two flights from the free covered parking, which gives you creek access just steps away from your private Patio.
Stroll to the condo gazebo for some star gazing and a glass of wine. Take a hike on several trails located just minutes from your front door. Downtown Winter Park, with its many restaurants and shops, is located within walking distance as well.

The town’s free shuttle stop sits at the entrance to the condo and picks up every half hour during the ski season, roughly a short 30-minute ride to the resort.

Easy Snow Stay

Overall the property was cozy and inviting. There were games for the kiddos and the fireplace was a pleasant surprise at how much it actually warmed up the room. One thing thing to note is if you come in the winter and it is icy you need to watch your step. The unit is down several flights of stairs and some parts definitely had ice.

Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were a good size. The communication with the owner was great. The location was just a short drive to the mountain. The only negative was the extra blankets (and we definitely needed them) were not appropriate for sleeping, but rather watching an outdoor soccer game.

Excellent Winter Park Condo

We loved our stay at this creekside condo. The property is exactly as listed, maybe even better. It was super clean and well maintained. It's been updated very nicely and can accommodate a family very comfortably. All appliances were of high quality and functioned well. If your kids like bunk beds, you are in luck, and the steam shower is a great bonus for the grown-ups. The condos are on the shuttle route for the ski area and the bus was picking up every 30 minutes while we were there. The bus does get crowded at peak hours, but it beat the Winter Park parking headaches. Communication with the owner was super easy and all information was clear and thorough. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The kids loved playing in the snow out back near the creek. The condo is clean and had everything you need. Perfect condo for your ski getaway

Mike was really good conveying all necessary information to access and enjoying all condo features. The Condo is located 3 minutes away by car from Downtown Winter Park, enough parking just make sure to not park on frozen spots. The condo feels like home, my kids loved the bunk beds, the master bathroom has a huge shower with steam so inviting after a long day on the trails, every detail on the condo was thought about, nice kitchen with everything you need. Everything was NEATLY CLEANED AND ORGANIZED. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time exploring the area and finding new things to do in Colorado.

This was an amazing property we were all so happy with it. The water being right outside was beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly and suggested things to do and places to eat. The beds were co comfortable which was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with little extras like foil and ziplocks. So happy we were able to stay here.
