New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, Movies, free unlimited WiFi .
The property has airconditioning in the living room.

The large balcony enjoys pool and partial sea and mountain views and is equipped with dining furniture for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in power shower, towels are provided also an hair dryer is located here. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

There is also a safety deposit box.and both bedrooms have fans to keep you cool

This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

The pool was cold but clean. The appartment was clean but basic in terms of number of items of crockery and glasses. A welcome pack of a few essentials would help for late arrivals, or the ability to purchase these and for them to be in the appartment on arrival would be appreciated.

Tolle Lage, nur oberflächlich sauber, unfreundlicher Verwalter

Das Apartment liegt hervorragend an der Touristenmeile und direkt am großen Strand. Die Ankunft mit Abholung des Schlüssels aus einem Safe hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung wirkt erstmal sauber, allerdings sitzt der Dreck recht tief. Die Waschmaschine schimmelt, die Matrazen sind sehr schmutzig (werden aber von sauberen Lacken verdeckt) und im Badezimmer ist mehrfach der Schimmel übermalt. Kein Wunder, nachdem das Bad keinerlei Belüftung hat. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft bekamen wir Besuch von einem Verwalter, der uns recht unfreundlich darauf hinweist, dass wir über die App einchecken müssen, sonst müsste er uns rauswerfen. Die App, die von einer dubiosen Firma verteilt wird und keine Bewertungen im AppStore hat, will unsere Pässe fotografieren und "weiterverarbeiten". Unter Druck machen wir das... Regelmäßiges Lüften ist bei der Wohnung Pflicht, da sich sonst sehr muffelige Gerüche breit machen. Das große Bett ist in Ordnung, die Gästebetten sehr wackelig. Es gibt keinen Ersatz bei Decken etc., falls man z.B. nicht gerne zu zweit eine große Decke teilt. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt, da hier mit hohen Mechanikerkosten gedroht wird, falls man irgendetwas verstellt. Dank der großartigen Lage haben wir den Urlaub genossen, besonders wenn wir außerhalb der Unterkunft waren.
