About this property

A lot of light and space in a very quite neighborhood.

In a quiet neighborhood, close to the fair district, FICO Eataly World; served with a direct bus to Central Station, parking space available, convenient to services (bus, supermarket and chemist's 5 minutes walk) and only 10 minutes by bus from the city center, we rent for short periods minimum two nights, maximum 28 days. The house consists of a double bedroom with extra bed, a living room with the possibility of a single bed and a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Rooms are spacious, and the large windows and balcony allow a lot of light to enter the apartment.
The building is surrounded by a beautiful big park, with benches, tables and chairs for you to enjoy some relax outdoor in nice, sunny days.
The house is at guests' complete disposal. There are 2 large wardrobes with comfortable drawers, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cupboards; a large fridge with freezer compartment oven and microwave. There is a balcony that can be used for smoking.
In less than five minutes by walk you can reach a pharmacy, supermarket and at least two parks with games for children.

Cosy apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood

Friendly owner made sure that we felt at home. We had the keys earlier than the time we booked. Apartment was clean and tidy. Definitely we will book this again for our next visit.
