The property consists of a total of 5 double bedrooms all with air conditioning! There are 3 complete living areas which are all equipped with WiFi. The main house (175 m²) has air conditioning in all rooms: living room with luxurious leather lounge chair and flat screen TV SAT, dining room with large table and chairs for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer, separate wine cooler, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc, 3 double bedrooms (one with sea view), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 terraces with sea views. Besides the main house there is an adjoining apartment (45 m²) with air conditioning, private terrace with sea view, private entrance, living room with TV SAT, kitchen with stove, double bedroom and bathroom with shower (note: this bathroom has a rather low ceiling ). A path amidst fruit trees leads to an exterior apartment (56 m²), fully furnished with living/dining room, TV SAT, kitchenette, fridge, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests at Finca Vistamar can make daily use of the fresh fruit on the trees. The swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) is filled with salt water and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower warm/cold, barbecue house with brick-built grill, refrigerator and a large solid wood table and chairs for delicious grilled meals with breathtaking views over the infinity pool and the sea. Evening lighting throughout the whole garden creates a cosy atmosphere.

Electricity / Air Conditioning: a deposit of 25 €/day is required to pay in cash on arrival. Consumption is measured by meter at 0.41 K/w and if you consume less the difference will be refunded to you at the end of stay.
