Beautiful Finca "Sa Xorca" with pool, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi
Newly built house with four bedrooms, private pool and a well-furnished covered terrace. It is located in a quiet rural area; ideal to rest and enjoy the peace of the countryside.
From the entrance there is access to an open space where you can find the kitchen, a table for the meals and a living area that has exit to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. From the kitchen you can access the laundry area and a spacious bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the house there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and an adjacent bathroom with a bath -jacuzzi-. The last bedroom has a double bed and a hydro-massage shower.
A well-furnished covered terrace with a table for meals and a chill-out area overlooking the overflowing pool and with a Jacuzzi area where the steps are located. Barbecue next to the pool.
Air conditioning hot/cold with fixed and limited hours (14.00h. - 17.00h., 20.00h. - 24.00h., 03.00h. - 08.00h.).
Pets might be allowed upon request.
