Nice House for families

Nice house for families. Little garden included (parking area for bycicles - bring your own lock for the door). The kitchen equipment needs to be improved, but okay when you espect less. Very friendly owner and good explanation at the key take over.

Great location for a holiday in Tuscany

Property was as expected with a generous sized lounge and kitchen, complete with a table and chairs on the balcony (lovely to sit outside for breakfast and early evening drinks). There is also a private garden with a bbq and outside seating area. The host was very welcoming and was always available if needed. We used the bikes provided to cycle to the beach, Lake Puccini and Viareggio. Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Cinque Terra and Rome all easily accessible by train. Local train station is a 15-20 min walk. Supermarket is a 5 min walk. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend both the property and location.

Logement bien situé pour visiter la région

Nous regrettons que l'annonce n'indique pas clairement qu'il n'y a pas d'accès direct au jardin, on avait plus l'impression d'être dans un appartement que dans une maison et la cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, pour le reste tout est ok.

Maison spacieuse et calme

Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants, et nous ont donné des explications complètes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison. Elle est spacieuse et bien équipée, le quartier est très calme et bucolique avec la forêt proche. Son emplacement est intéressant, proche de Pise ou Lucques ou Livourne pour partir en visites. Nous avons surtout très apprécié l'accès à la plage en 15 min à vélo, avec les vélos fournis par le propriétaire, les vélos ne sont pas en très bon état mais fonctionnels et très utiles. La plage n'est pas très fréquentée et propre, très agréable pour toute la famille. Le supermarché tout proche est très pratique. Nous avons regretté l'absence d'air conditionné dans la chambre principale et le séjour car il fait très chaud en août, nous n'avions pas compris ce point dans l'annonce

Super location für Hundefreunde

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage ist perfekt für längere Spaziergänge durch den Pinienwald und ans Meer. Der nahegelegene Canale di Bufalina mit seiner Mündung ist ein ein Naturparadies ohne gleichen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und der große Balkon mit Esstisch lädt zum draußen Essen ein.

Bonne situation

Idéal pour les amoureux des balades. Le resto à 300m est top Très belle plage libre d accès !! Quartier tranquille. Juste la piscine du voisin qui n est jamais là qui donne envie 😀

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit nettem Vermieter

Die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt und wir haben das Haus gleich gefunden. Insgesamt war alles ok, nur war uns bei Buchung nicht klar, das ein Kinderzimmer nur durch das Elternschlafzimmer erreichbar und der Garten geteilt ist und nur ein Teil des Gartens zur Wohnung gehört. Dies machte auf den Bildern ein anderer Eindruck. Schön war aber, dass Fahrräder vor Ort waren um schneller an den Strand zu kommen, aber die Räder benötigen ein wenig Wartung und Pflege.

Un lieu de vilégiature parfait

Nous avions réservé la maison d'Alessio pour une durée de trois semaines et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et au calme au bord de la pinède. Rien ne manque, les commerces sont facilement accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds, la mer n'est pas très loin et la pinède attenante est un vrai régale pour les promeneurs. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon est grand, les chambres climatisées, la salle de bain équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoir avec spa. Alessio est aux petits soins et est toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'an prochain.

Great house!

The house is beautiful, colorful and cozy. The location is the best in this city. Thank you so much for the bikes, they are very good and very comfortable to ride on the sea. The owner answers all questions very quickly, thank you!

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in einem Waldgebiet. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet die Möglichkeit, den Strand und das Meer in ca. 15min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen oder sie kann als Ausgangspunkt für Autoausflüge in die umliegende Toskana genutzt werden. Ein Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit bereit zu helfen

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage neben einem Waldgebiet, was besonders mit Hunden toll ist. Den Strand kann man zu Fuss in ca. 30 min erreichen. Es stehen alternativ auch 4 Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Gleich um die Ecke kann man in einem Coop-Markt einkaufen.

La plage sauvage ou le bagno en velo

La jet set a l italienne ou la vie sauvage sur les plages. Un endroit rare entre mer, rivière montagne, fréquenté surtout par des italiens. Nous reviendrons.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Unterkunft ist zentral, sodass man viele Ausflüge machen kann.

Wohnung war sehr genau beschrieben. Es fehlte an nichts und es war super, dass einem Fahrräder zu Verfügung standen. In der Unterkunft war dauerhaft angenehme kühle Luft, so konnte man auch durchaus mal vor der Hitze flüchten ;) Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer sofort persönlich beim Gastgeber melden und haben auch eine schnelle Antwort erhalten. Zudem war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. In allem sehr zu empfehlen !

Gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Zum Strand, Wald, Park, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele alles sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigt haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert.

Confort assoluto

Parole d'ordine cordialità e pulizia. Proprietari gentilissimi e pronti a consigliare luoghi di interesse in zona. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla con il parcheggio sempre disponibile . Il piacere di rientrare in una abitazione sempre fresca e profumata è impagabile. Meta ideale per chi cerca una soluzione mare + visite città d'arte. Super consigliato, Top.

wir hatten schöne Ferien

wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Torre del Lago Puccini . Das Haus liegt wenig abseits vom Strand. es ist sehr angenehm ruhig und eine sehr Hunde freundliche gegend. Ein riesiger Park ist grad nebenan von dort ist man in 20min durch den schönen Wald am Strand. und die Vermieter haben sich super mühe gegeben das wir uns wohl fühlen können und einen tollen aufenthalt haben. immer sehr freundlich. das haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet wir hatte alles was wir so brauchten. genügegen teller und Besteck sogar was immer vergessen geht Korkenzieher 😊 alles pefekt. ich kann die Vermieter und das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
