L'appartamento è conforme all'annuncio. La posizione è molto favorevole perché è a due passi dalla famosa Passeggiata viareggina e dagli stabilimenti balneari, di fronte alla Pineta e con negozi di alimentari, gastronomia, macelleria, panetteria supermercato Conad tutti a pochi passi da casa. Quello che le foto e l'annuncio non possono comunicare è la bellezza di avere un piccolo giardino dove poter consumare i pasti e rilassarsi...l'appartamento è in un piccolo condominio tranquillissimo ma per la presenza di questo giardinetto sembra quasi di essere in una casetta indipendente. Tutta l'atmosfera induce al relax e fa sentire gli ospiti in una seconda casa. Massimiliano è un host cortese e disponibile....purtroppo causa trafgico in autostrada all'arrivo eravamo in forte ritardo ma ci ha accolti con cortesia e un sorriso. Super consigliato.

Wir haben im Juni 11 Nächte in der schönen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sofort am Strand, auf der Promenade, im Zentrum und auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof weg, der ein prima Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Zielen wie Pisa, Lucca oder auch die Cinque Terre ist. Die Wohnung ist originell eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz, einen tollen Garten und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren mit dabei. Auch an heißen Tagen war es immer angenehm in der Wohnung, aber auch der Park auf der anderen Straßenseite bietet mit seinem Schatten ideale Erholung. Massimiliano ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, unkompliziert, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub!

Bellissima casa in posizione perfetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane a casa di Massimiliano, che si è rivelata esattamente come nell’annuncio! Pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario, molto ampia e con l’aggiunta di un piccolo giardino che ci ha permesso di mangiare e rilassarci all’aperto. Siamo venuti in treno e ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. La pozione è perfetta perché vicina alla pineta e alla spiaggia, oltre ai negozi di qualsiasi genere. Consigliata vivamente, torneremo!

Very nice apartment in the city center

We stayed with our kids (4y and 4m) in the apartment and it was perfect for us. It is on the ground floor with a small garden and very nicely decorated where we felt very comfortable. Massimiliano is a nice host and provided us even with a baby cot. The apartment is located centrally close to the beach, supermarket, the city center, and the park which has a lot of attractions and rides for children. We recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The best spot of Viareggio.

A beautiful apartment! Beautiful, complete and super centrally located. Closer to the boulevard and the beach is almost impossible and the park on the other side. We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is much larger than the photos make it look like. We enjoyed the garden for breakfast and the long warm evenings. The supermarket with fresh bread is around the corner. We have rented bicycles in the park across the road and cycled along the beautiful bike paths along the coast. Massimiliano is very helpful and surprised us by waiting for us at the train station. In short: we had a great stay in Viareggio and hope to come back again! Thank you Massimiliano!

Ottima soluzione vicino a pineta e mare

Siamo stati solo una settimana di Luglio ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è grande e accogliente molto ben tenuta pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Due bagni di cui uno davvero spazioso e con una bella vasca. La casa è anche fresca per cui nonostante sia climatizzata si sta molto bene anche senza accendere i condizionatori. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie...e anche un bel giardinetto per rilassarsi o far giocarei bambini. Vicinissima alla pineta (di fronte a casa) e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata e dagli stabilimenti balneari, si trova in una via strategica e viva. Vicina anche alla zona del centro città e del mercato. Altra nota positiva MOLTO SILENZIOSA. Davvero una bella casa per soggiornare anche a lungo. Proprietario molto cortese e corretto.

Casa pulita, con spazi comodi e ben distribuiti, adatta a famiglie ,piccolo giardino ben curato piacevole e molto camodo.Ottima posizione, comoda alla spiaggia,al centro, di fronte alla pineta. Proprietari disponibilissimi. Consigliato!
