I am a Brazilian Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who loves real estate rehab. I purchased this beautiful building in need of lots of tlc and little by little I have been bringing it back to life. Most of the work is completed but I still have some work to do. In addition to the rich cultural environment surrounding us, with a number of landmarks about the Cuban revolution and being the largest city in the world in number of Cuban exiles, a guest will also find a vibrant night life. There are a number of historical restaurants, pubs, cigar stores just a short walk to our place. The building is centrally located, just west of Brickell Avenue, downtown Miami, and it is also close to Miami Beach.
