It sleeps comfortably 6 people; 1 queen size bed, 1 comfortable queen size sofa bed, and 1 bunk bed (2 twins). In the backward, you have Retreat in the city with a wooden deck, swing chair, lounge chairs, etc. It also has a laundry area with 2 washers, w 2 dryers and a sink.
