Beautiful centrally located Duplex. Short 10 minute drive to Wynwood, 5 minute drive to MIA airport and 10 minute drive to south beach. Guest can use 2 of the 4 parking spots available for parking.

The space
Recently renovated Duplex. Brand new from top to bottom.Free Fast WiFi and Netflix. There is 2 free parking spaces for guest.Also there is access to the patio area.This is the perfect location for guest due to the close proximity to Wynwood,MIA airport and South beach. Also there is quick access to Uber,lyft etc. Need some food late night? There is also Uber eats,postmates and other food courier services that deliver within minutes.

Very thin walls, could hear the neighbors partying the whole stay. Woken up in the middle of the night by one of them repeatedly beating on our door. We were terrified, not knowing who it was, no peep hole in the door. There are 3 locks on the door, so that was a bonus. Beds were extremely hard, not comfortable to sleep on at all. Decent little area. Large screened in porch was very nice. Furniture in photos is not the same.

Clean, conveniently located little house to airport and port of call.

I was extremely pleased with the compassion/flexibility of owner regarding allowing us to leave luggage and baby stuff prior to check in time. We had five adults and a 1 year old so a lot of stuff to be lugging around. She also honored cruise discount rate when I mentioned. This appears to be a double unit home….we accidentally used screened in porch of the wrong unit for a short time before I realized our error. It appeared to be extremely clean also! Unit itself was very clean, not cluttered and provided exactly what we needed to rest from a travel day prior to our cruise. Literally less than 5 mins from airport and maybe 10 mins to port. Had no issues with Uber Eats or ordering our Uber to and from. Would definitely stay again if cruising out of Miami.

So we showed up a bit too early. It was hard to calculate what the drive time would be. That didnt seem to be an huge issue but was a tiny but ackward when the owner showed up. The place looked great and orderly but apparently the floor wasnt very clean because wirhin an hour of my 9mo crawling around his legs and feet were so dirtt and black I had to gove him a half bath in the sink. So not the cleanest place for kids but overall would def recommend for adults

Cute house. The property was clean and about a half mile from take out food and shopping. Everything was smooth. We were early and home was not ready yet but host let two of our party in to use the bathroom. Great value for the money.

The area is sketchy but don’t let it put you off. The place is very clean and well maintained. There are security cameras and a gate. The large screened in area was a hit with the guys in our group. It was perfect for the night before a cruise and we will rent it again
