Island View - Spacious first floor waterside apartment in Bantham, South Devon

Island View apartment is accessed via the entrance door into the kitchen at the top of the wooden steps at the side of the Main House. This first floor apartment has a spacious lounge with doors opening onto the decked balcony overlooking the panoramic views of the Avon estuary, Bantham coastline and Burgh Island in the distance. Island View's lounge also doubles up as a bedroom on the double sofa bed. A wooden bookshelf spans across a wall with a plethora of reading material for your enjoyment, plus a small TV. A through door leads to Island View’s spacious super king size bedroom with wardrobe space and draws. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The apartment’s small kitchen is accessed from Island View’s bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery, a small 4 seater breakfast table, oven and hob, dishwasher and under-counter fridge-freezer.
The perfect bolthole for a long weekend.

Parking:
Island View has a parking space for one car in the private driveway area in front of the Main House
