Lovely villa close to local restaurants

The villa is perfect for our needs being in a popular villa area about 10 minute drive from Playa Blanca town centre. There are a number of local restaurants and small supermarkets within a few minutes car drive or a 15 minute walk away. The villa is clean & tidy with a nice heated pool set within an attractive garden. There is also the benefit of a nice shaded area for those wishing to escape the sun during the heat of the day.

Fabulous quiet holiday

We loved our stay. Very comfortable base. Please note listed as having a balcony, but the balcony is only accessible to the owner. This was of no detriment. Lovely friendly owner. Beautiful pool & patio surrounded by gorgeous flowers & greenery. We had everything we needed for the perfect stay

Quiet villa next door to helpful owner

We had a lovely stay at Villa Timanfaya for the two of us for one week. The accommodation is in a relatively quiet location, apart from the early morning wake up call from a nearby cockerell (at 5am each morning!) and the distant noise of motorway traffic. The villa is located on the west of the island, which does appear to have more cloud and wind than the east, but we made good use of the pool which we arranged to be heated at extra cost. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and the only area for improvement would have been the provision of perhaps a welcome pack of basic grocery items, especially as we arrived late at night. A pair of oven gloves, a tin opener, a second tea towel, pool towels, an extra bathroom towel and a hairdryer would also have been useful. We had a minor issue with loss of internet/ wifi connection through the TP link, but this was quickly rectified by the very helpful owner (who lives next door), resetting his router. A car is needed to access the villa and get around the island to visit tourist attractions. We had some lovely restaurant meals, overlooking the sea, in both El Golfo and Playa Blanca. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday in this villa, that was unfortunately spoiled due to cancellation of our return BA flights home with 48 hours notice and having to find an alternative flight to get us home for work the next day, but, of course, we understand that this was nothing to do with the villa provider.

Nos encantó la villa, la piscina limpia y climatizada. A distancia en carro de minutos de Uga donde hay buenísimos restaurantes, parque para niño y mercado de frutas. La casa está muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina. Lo único negativo que vimos fue que la ducha no tiene buena presión de agua pero por lo demás todo magnífico. Espacios amplios adentro y afuera, comodidad en el jardín con sus tumbonas, solario, varios espacios para comer, BBQ disponible, camas cómodas, las vistas a las montañas son bellas y la casa posee una jardinería espectacular con flores y palmeras. La pasamos muy bien! La recomendamos sin que nos quede ninguna reserva. Un lugar idílico. La agencia que la atiende es muy profesional. Felicidades.

Das Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ort, um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Das Haus sowie das Grundstück sind von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter äußerst sauber und gepflegt gehalten. Das Haus selbst ist bis in die Kleinigkeit perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr ansprechend die Ruhe und der gesamte sehr gepflegte Ort Yaiza selbst. Der ideale Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Entspannter Urlaub in Yaiza

Wir verbrachten über den Jahreswechsel 2022/23 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Timanfaya. Von der Buchung bis zum Check Inn lief alles bestens - man muss sich halt vorab mit der Buchungs App der Agentur beschäftigen und dann klappt das auch. Die Villa ist ein größeres Haus in dem auch der Eigentümer wohnt. Das störte jedoch überhaupt nicht, im Gegenteil, wir waren froh das sich Herr C. so gut um Pool und Fragen gekümmert hat. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Die Wohnung mit eigenem Garten, Grillbereich und Pool war in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Privatsphäre und Ruhe hatten wir so wie wir es wollten. Wir werden wieder kommen und grüßen auf diesem Wege Herrn C. ganz herzlich und bedanken uns für die tolle Betreuung. Familie Rasche

Quiet location away from the main tourist areas but close enough to get around the island quickly with a car - Playa Blanca, 20 minutes, Timanfaya, 5 minutes. Also shop cafes, bars, and a fantastic restaurant (Bodega de Santiago) walking distance (20 minutes). The villa itself is lovely, especially outside with the pool, trees, and lots of space. Everything you need is here Highly recommended.
