Hart Cottage is a stone terraced cottage in Glaisdale. It has two bedrooms, a four poster double and a single bedroom, so it sleeps up to three people. There is also a ground floor bathroom with a roll-top bath and a separate shower cubicle, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is a garden with patio area and off road parking for one car, as well as additional roadside parking. Hart Cottage is in the North York Moors National Park, and is only fifteen minutes' drive to Whitby, making it an ideal holiday home all year round.

Note: This property is accessed by 3 steps up to the front door and has partially winding (carpeted) cottage stairs with a full banister; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Glaisdale is a peaceful village in the North York Moors National Park. The village offers a post office in the general store, an excellent butcher and one hotel/pub, with restaurant. Whitby is 10 miles away, plus the villages of Hutton-le-Hole, Lastingham and Thornton Dale as well as the market town of Pickering are all within easy touring distance.
