Studio for 1 or 2 people of around 15 m2 + relaxation area of around 10m2 on the ground. Located 100m from the port, 250m from the beaches and on the way to the creeks. Pedestrian area.
Ideal location, near the sea on the flat part (very steep city) you can do everything on foot without fatigue and without needing your car.
Studio including:
- Main room with a window, a picture window. Various storage furniture, table, 4 chairs, TV, convertible sofa (2 single beds in 80X190 or by bringing them together 160X190)
Kitchenette with sink, 2-burner electric hob, extractor host, microwave, mini oven, Senseo electric coffee maker, fridge, cookware, dishes, toaster kettle, cupboards, iron and ironing board, etc.
- Relaxation area with 2nd TV, sofa. storage, desk with free wifi / dressing table, mirror, bedside table, chiffonier, cupboard, vmc. etc ... Sloping ceiling.

Der Duschkopf hat nicht funktioniert, das stand auch nicht in der Anzeige, man musste mit Töpfen duschen und trotzdem ein hoher Preis von 118 pro Nacht zu zweit. Zimmer kann nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden, was zu Schlafproblemen führen kann. Zudem hört man die ganzen Geräusche vom Hafen, was ebenfalls zu Schlafproblemen führt. Außerdem fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an wenn man nach 21 Uhr eincheckt, auch wenn es durch die Bahn verschuldet ist. Hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Gegend und die nette Concierge

Bonjour, Nous sommes très réactifs et si vous nous aviez dit que vous aviez un problème de pommeau nous serions intervenus immédiatement sauf que si c'était vrai la conciergerie l'aurait vu en faisant le ménage avant et après et que les personnes suivantes se seraient plaint (vous vous trompez peut être de logement). En ce qui concerne le rideau après votre signalement a été changé le jour même par un épais. Nous ne sommes pas concernés mais vous saviez que les horaires de la conciergerie sont de 8 h à 20h Vous êtes arrivée à 23h avec plus de 2h de retard Candy a eu la gentillesse de vous compter 1h au lieu de 2h largement justifiés car se déplace d'une autre ville dans la nuit. Nous sommes ravis de savoir que le quartier vous a plu et qu'il est fantastique.

Super Lage in Cassis

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nah am Hafen in Cassis. Zu Fuß sind es nur 2 Minuten bis dahin. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da die Touristenmassen und die Restaurants nicht zu hören sind. Die Wohnung selber ist wirklich klein. Es gibt einen zweiten Raum, den man als Schlafzimmer nutzen kann. Dieser liegt allerdings unterhalb einer Treppe, hat keine Fenster und ist sehr niedrig. Hier riecht es auch zumindest im Frühling etwas muffig. Möglicherweise ist das im Sommer anders. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist älter, aber funktioniert soweit. Die Concierce ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Bonsoir, Nous sommes ravis que vous séjour se soit bien passé. Vous avez apprécié la proximité du port, le calme... Nous louons un studio (1pièce) le couchage est prévu dans cette pièce principale. La 2è pièce est un coin détente avec 2è TV, bureau, dressing. Je pense que pour la cuisine, vous considérez les plaques électriques anciennes. Nous l'avons remplacée il y a 1 an mais aurions dû en installer une plus moderne vitrocéramique. Erreur de notre part. Toutefois vous avez apprécié la conception de la cuisine. Merci. Vous avez laissé l'appartement très propre et avons apprécié votre sympathie. Peut-être à une autre fois ? Très cordialement Y et F Pantel
