Includes all new flooring, paint and furnishings, Flat screen TV & DVD player, cable, WiFi in unit as well as around pool and in lobbies. Deluxe Lazyboy Queen sleeper sofa and King Bed with accordion style divider so unit can become 2 bedrooms. As a bonus there is a second TV in bedroom area for streaming devices ONLY, there is NO Cable to the 2nd TV. You are just steps away from the white sand beach and unit is fully stocked including all linens, pots, pans and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler and noodles for floating. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush.

You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys and Sanibel Island. Tennis and pickleball are available right on the grounds along with shuffleboard and grills to have a picnic outside. Bikes and mopeds can be rented right on the island or take a trolley ride to the north end of the island . Plus the 7 mile long beach is right outside your door!

PLEASE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
