I could NEVER recommend rental from this owner. When we arrived at the security gate no one speaks English. They had no record of our arrival and it took over 1/2 an hour to attempt to sort it out. We booked a room with a patio. Guess what...NO patio. She told us that room wasn't available and she gave us this. Then she said we could move in there in 3 days. The photos do not represent what we found. The utensil draw fell out because the runners are broken; the fridge leaks; the place is totally beat up and the furniture is so badly stained who would want to sit on it. SHE WILL NOT RESPOND. My husband is 80 years old. We did not need this. We left the next morning for home. We lost everything for this trip. We stayed at Brisas last year in a different unit and it was wonderful. We gave that owner great reviews and he did the same for us. This was a very distressing experience with no position end result.
