MAUI SANDS SEASIDE IS A SMALL COMPLEX WITH LESS DENSITY FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING OR JUST PREFER TO BE AWAY FROM LARGE CROWDS IN GENERAL. THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION FOR A FAMILY VACATION OR FOR A COUPLE'S RETREAT. THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION TO EXPERIENCE "OLD HAWAII!"

ABOUT THE LOCATION...
Maui Sands Seaside is centrally located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, where you can experience the world-class beaches and golf courses. We are also within minutes of a variety of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The local Fish market and Farmers market are extremely popular for both locals and visitors. The farmer's market provides fresh local fruit, vegetables, and organic foods; while the Fish market provides a fresh fish counter or you can take advantage of their delicious take-out menu. They do have some tables out in front, but seating is limited.

ABOUT THE CONDO...
Come and relax in this well equipped one bedroom and one bath unit. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, and take in all of the beauty of the tropical landscape that will surround you. This is a hidden gem that still provides "Old Hawaii" charm.

This cozy condo provides a garden view with a partial view of the ocean from the lanai. The condo has a fully functional kitchen, including dishes, cookware and utensils. Living space has a large flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a smaller flat screen tv and a queen size bed. Other features include an en suite washer/dryer, a wall air conditioner in the living room, WiFi, basic cable and one parking space. FYI - There are no additional parking spaces for an additional vehicle.

Great time.

We loved that the ocean was right there next to our condo. My husband and I had a great time, very relaxing and quiet. My only issue was three items 1: only hot water came out of the kitchen sink. 2: T.V. Did not work in the bedroom. 3: front door with access code did not work most of the time, we ended up using slider door. Other than that we loved the location and it was very convenient to walk around. We would for sure stay there again. I would not recommend with kids.

Not bad for last minute booking

Room was clean and comfortable, however it did not offer a ocean view, could hear the ocean crashing on the shore.

A perfect getaway!

My husband and I had a great week in apartment 703! Bree was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well cared for. We felt very safe. It is walking distance to multiple delicious coffee shops which we enjoyed during our stay. The apartment remained cool throughout the days and nights because it is shaded by lots of greenery on both sides. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but we never touched it (we stayed in early March). My only caution to future renters is to be sure to understand that the property itself is not on the sand. Yes, it has stunning views of the water, but the grass lawn leads to a sea wall. There are steps nearby to walk down to the sand but there are rocks and depending on where the tide is, this can be treacherous. The good news is that Honokowai park is just a few minutes walk away, which has a spacious and clean beach. We would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Maui, which I'm certainly hoping they do!

Nice place to stay if you don't like crowded hotels

Our family love to spent our vacation in this place pretty much. And that was not the first time we rented that property. Everything is great as usual, nothing interrupted us from relaxing. Convenient place, not crowded, walk access to everything we need.
