Beautiful ocean-view condo E309 (E Building). Non-Smoking. Our sun deck outlooks to the beautifully manicured Papkea gardens. Koi fish ponds, pools and a perfect view of the ocean.
This condo comes with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer suite, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, putters for mini golf, beach chairs, free Wi-Fi, free local calls, and free parking. **There is a $25/day resort fee upon checkout. **
The master bedroom has a new California king size bed and mattress (April 2024), a flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and dresser space.
The living room has a new queen size hide a bed couch (April 2024), 3 dresser drawer, a new flat screen smart TV, and free wifi.
The beautiful Papakea Resort is located on the ocean (short walk to the beach, restaurants, large grocery store, and shopping) in the Kaanapali area of Maui. This property has wonderful, expansive tropical gardens and ponds. The amenities include 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 pickleball court, 2 shuffleboards, 2 putting greens, 12 gas barbecues, picnic area, WiFi Internet access, and a concierge who can arrange island activities: luaus, whale watching tours in season, sailing, snorkeling trips, golf, biking down the volcano, and so much more.

Hello and thank you for your interest! My name is Sonia McLeod and I have the honor of taking care of our 1 bedroom condo on behalf of my parents that have owned this unit since 2016. We are all from Vancouver, Canada as you may know can have some very wet winters. It is always a treat and privilege to be able to escape to beautiful Maui and soak in the warm weather.
