Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.

*PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival, this fee is NOT apart of My Perfect Stays.

Papakea G204 offers a dual split A/C system, is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo situated on the 2nd floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Papakea Resort has elevators for easy access to your condo in paradise. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for dining in. The living room area features a new queen sleeper sofa, one split A/C, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes a TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Other upgrades included in the bedroom are a split A/C, a new king bed, fresh paint and décor for a tranquil night's rest. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

We provide one beach chair and one beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. In addition, we set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.**

Effective July 18, 2025 through August 11, 2025, the G building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
