SAY HELLO to Papakea B109! This functional 1 bedroom is in the most ideal location. Steps to everything and has a beautiful ocean view! Living area is spacious and enjoy views of the ocean while sitting or preparing your meals. Beautiful kitchen features maple cabinets, granite counter tops, glass mosaic back splash, under mount cabinet lighting, pot lights all accompanied by Stainless Steel appliances. Tons of "working" space and room to store your food. We like to cook and have stocked the kitchen with everything we could possibly think of!

The bathroom has the same cabinets and counters as the kitchen and is accompanied with a tiled walk in shower with seamless glass door!

Our home is tiled thru out and also features a California King Bed & SPLIT SYSTEM AC in the living room and bedroom! Stay cool with ceiling fans in living area or bedroom or enjoy the top of the line Fujitsu split system AC. Bedroom is spacious and features Cal King bed, new double glazed window and finished with California shutters. Papakea has digital satellite with many great channels! Enjoy hours on the lanai with our super comfortable outdoor furniture! In suite laundry makes this condo rental the complete package.

Our Papakea condo is located in beautiful West Maui along the Ka anapali coast above Lahaina. From our ocean front complex you will have incredible views of the islands of Moloka i and Lana i and the breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets will be a lasting memory.

Papakea Resort is the spirit of Old Hawaii. With 11 low-rise condo buildings scattered across 13 oceanfront acres, the Papakea Resort is one of the lowest density condominium projects on the island. Unlike many other Maui resorts, it is set well back from the road offering serenity and tranquillity. Our ground floor 1 Bedroom SLEEPS 4 and is conveniently located in the desirable "B" building. A few of the amenities on the property include 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 2 pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 12 outdoor grills and 2 beach cabanas.

Upon arrival at our condo you will have a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, a variety of soaps, basic condiments, and salt & pepper. We believe in a pay it forward system and encourage our guests to leave behind non-perishable items. We also provide Laundry soap and dishwasher soap!

You won t be disappointed with your stay at our condo - we have equipped it with everything we could possibly think off to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as can be!! Across the street from our condo you have a variety of different shops:

Good 1BR apartment living for 2. About, 12 buildings (A to L) on the grounds (500 units). Kitchen is great. Don’t forget to bring your favorite coffee/tea/sugar, and shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Nice soft bed. Arrive early to find parking, daily. You can access neighboring resorts that have nice beaches (all beaches in Hawaii are public). Washer/dryer in unit was great (thank you).Communication: very prompt.

Amazing location and property. Just steps from the ocean (and we saw turtles on several occasions out there), next to food carts, cinnamon rolls, great parks, grocery store...you have everything you need here. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Fast response from host. I loved it, and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Condo!

My sister and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 10 days and loved it. Loved all the beautiful upgrades and the location was perfect. We were close to the pool and the seawall to sit and watch the turtles swim by. Hopefully we can stay here again sooner than later!

Truly an Excellent Time in Maui

My wife and I have been to Maui many times and always enjoy ourselves. Staying in this condo is perfect. It is clean and open and the location in proximity to the ocean and pool and all the fun works great. I would recommend this condo rental to anyone. It is 5 star and Lisa and VRBO make your stay easy.

Great property and awesome stay at Maui

It was a superb stay for us at Maui, accessibility to the beach and the views were just perfect. The house had a lot of things that we could use too like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling/swimming gear. The property is located centrally and has great accessibility to all the other places. We absolutely loved our stay in Papakea resort and specifically this unit and look forward to coming back to stay in this same unit next time too.

The perfect Maui location

We booked this location after another location cancelled and the host was very accommodating.The hospitality of the staff on site were very much appreciated. The amenities are great, the apartment is nicely appointed and modern. I would easily return here and if the owner ever decides to sell please call me.

Amazing trip & stay!

I was reluctant to stay in a ground floor unit but it was the best location for ease and access to pool and beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and so many amenities were available for our use in the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The resort was so clean and all the staff was so friendly. We were very happy with our stay and would return again. Mahalo!

Perfect stay in paradise

We had the vacation of a lifetime here. The location and property are amazing. Watching the sunset into the Pacific with whales breaching in front of Moloka’i and snorkeling with sea turtles were some of our favorite things that were available right outside our sliding glass door. Lisa was an amazing host who we hope to stay with again soon. If you are considering booking this place for your family vacation do it, you will have the time of your life.

Favorite Condo in Maui

We had a magnificent 10-day stay at this amazing and well furnished condo and can’t wait to go back! We’ve stayed at this development eight times and this was our favorite condo of all! Pictures are just as shown - condo is roomy, well air-conditioned, two TVs, the comfiest king bed, newly remodeled bath with a large vanity and shower, and of course the best view right off the lanai! Just steps away from the pool area and the ocean! Lisa was incredibly attentive and we felt very welcome at her place. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

A Beautiful Stay

Lisa's property at Papakea Resort was absolutely perfect for our stay. Lisa was very communicative throughout the booking process and our vacation. The unit is well kept and clean and the property is absolutely beautiful! We could not get over the view off the patio and we made so much use of the pool & beach! There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and the proximity to the grocery & ABC store made it easy to get all of our necessities. My husband & I worked remotely from the condo and the wifi and service was reliable and there was plenty of working space between the dining table and the patio. We are hoping to return again as we already miss it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lisa’s condo! The short walk to the beach was perfect for my kids. We loved all the amenties-pool, putt putt and shuffle board. The front desk staff was amazing and gave us great recommendations for a near by gym (Club Maui- also highly recommend) and cinnamon rolls. We loved walking to the nearby food trucks for dinner as well.The condo had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and we cooked several meals there. Papakea was quiet and very family friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a little springy but my kids didn’t seem to mind. Overall it was amazing! Lisa was really helpful during the tsunami warning and overall provided great communication. We definitely did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Stop searching and just book this place!

We had a truly incredible stay at this condo. Seriously the title of this review says it all: stop searching and just book here. Not only is the condo beautifully updated, but it includes so many extras that are so handy when on vacation: golf putters, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool toys, and more. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Papakea itself is well maintained and every bit as magical as it was when I was a child visiting in the 80’s and 90’s. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and Papakea in general. I can’t wait to go back again next year!!!

We chose this property because we absolutely love its location! Aside from the beauty of the property and beach it's walking distance to everything you need from the Farmers market with local produce, fresh local fish market, Times Grocery store, Bad Ass Coffee shop, Snorkel and Surf shop, Subway, the best deli and Taco place on the west side of the island and various other restaurants and shops! Short distance to our favourite beaches Naplili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Location truly can't be beat!
