Papakea D207 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests. This condo offers a fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, tiled flooring, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. The bedroom features a King size bed. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bathroom is nicely updated with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a large tiled walk in shower. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Enjoy ocean views past the tranquil koi pond and beautifully manicured tropical grounds. This remodeled condo offers all the comforts of home. Relax on your lanai and be amazed by brilliant sunsets with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months!

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins February 21st, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around March 21st, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Peaceful Ocean Stay

The property is peaceful, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the ocean and watch the sunset, and walk to see the sunrise. Many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance.

Beautiful, clean, everything we needed!

We love Papakea and cant say enough about this location. Close to the best beaches without the extreme crowds at end of the day! We had a rental car but we did Uber (only $10 ride to many great bars and restaurants. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed!

Beautiful, quite ocean view retreat

My dad lives in one of the condos on the Papakea resort and we came to help him celebrate his 90th birthday. This condo we stayed in was wonderful; very clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, and very nicely decorated. We loved the view from the lanai. The grounds are beautiful and we very much enjoyed the quiet atmosphere!

I use to live around the corner a few years ago, and never had a chance to visit the property. I feel so welcomed and safe here, and im so happy to be back at Papakea. The staff are all very kind and welcome you with aloha spirit. I will definitely be staying again!

We were so grateful to see the unit was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The grounds are well-maintained and it was relaxing at the pool. Amazing condo in Kaanapali area!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was well stocked with many amenities (including some spices and cooking supplies, beach equipment such as Chairs, umbrella, and cooler.). Great view of grounds and ocean where we enjoyed morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings. This property was much more quiet than others we have stayed at and if you like to walk there is a long boardwalk which extends to end of Kaanapali beach (5 km each way). There are two nice pools and several BBQs to grill dinner on. We would stay here again without question.

Unit was as described and had a lovely view of the grounds and ocean. The location was very convenient and the complex had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. When we alerted myperfectsrays of a minor plumbing issue we discovered, they were highly responsive; someone was out to fix it that day. Would recommend this unit.

Great condo in quiet location

This is our second stay at Papakea D207. It's clean and bright, remains toddler safe, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation! Kitchen/cooking/dining supplies are great, we ate out only once. The property is pretty mellow and we had no trouble with kids bedtime at 8pm or ours at 10pm. Papakea D207 is our home away from home and we won't hesitate to book again. My Perfect Stays is a great property manager as well, always responsive and I appreciated the reminder/info emails before our trip.

amazing property on Maui

We stayed three weeks at Papakea - we have stayed there many times before. We love all the amenities - the water exercise classes, the mai tai party every week, and especially the lei making class. The grounds are beautiful and include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and two putting greens. The sunsets are amazing. the unit was equipped with snorkeling gear, sand pails, golf balls and putters, and just about everything anyone would need for their stay. Also it is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and an ABC store. We will definitely be back. It would have been helpful to know in advance about the resort fees which are now $25 per night with no cap.
