Beautiful place with magic view

We spent a week with family and friends and loved the place. The view is amazing and the house has everything we needed. the pool was the highlight for the kids and the alarm system gave us the peace to let them play around. We highly recommend it!

Great view and location

The house and grounds are really impressive and you could look at the view all day House is well equipped especially if you like cooking Pool was a good size and allowed you to cool off when the temperatures rose Drive down from the village took a bit of getting used to but we can confirm it is only a 20 minute walk up the hill and somewhat quicker on the way down Shops and restaurants in chateauneuf are good - check the marche paysant at the base of the old village for local veg produce

Modern, relaxing retreat in the hills

We stayed at ‘Le Figuier’ for two weeks in the Summer of 2014. Ideal location for discovering the Cote d’Azur and inland villages. Simply stunning views across the hills and a beautiful outdoor and pool area. My wife, mature children (20 and 18) and I, found the property provided a perfect base for those wanting to relax one day and then visit one of the many places of interest the next day. We had time to visit St Tropez, Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, Grasse, Monaco, and Sanremo across the border in Italy. Myriam has a house that is well equipped, clean and modern that I would highly recommend for relaxation and within a perfect location for exploring the region. We found Myriam and Olivier to be very helpful and approachable.

Wir (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) haben 2 Wochen im Juli/August in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf Grasse, die kurze Entfernung zur Küste und gleichzeitige die Ruhe des Hinterlands vor der Haustür. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter / Agentur.

Un havre de paix

Belle maison bien agencée avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur les collines de l’arriere pays que ça soit depuis les terrasses à l’etage ou depuis les abords de la piscine .. reposant, inspirant, génial pour lire, méditer et passer vraiment du temps en famille .. C’est notre deuxième séjour à cette adresse (avril 2018 et juillet cette année) et nous avons adopté la bonne pratique d’abandonner tous nos écrans smartphones, tablettes, consoles, télé et profiter de chaque moment de ces paysages magnifiques tout au long de la journée Bien que parfaitement isolé au milieu de la nature le premier village est à 3 minutes et la première ville, Grasse a 10 minutes environs pour faire des courses, il y a aussi pas mal de bonnes adresses dans les villes autour et bien sûr la possibilité de faire un saut à la plage ou en ville à Cannes et environs .. Belle expérience a vivre et à revivre

Superschönes Haus mit Pool !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare zwei Wochen. Das Haus entspricht wirklich was die Bilder versprechen. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Dies war vor allem in der Küche sichtbar, viele Geräte und Geschirr vorhanden. Eine Traumhaft schöne Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen im Bergen. Der Pool wurde jeder Woche gewartet, da braucht mann sich nicht drum zu kümmern. Die ganze Abwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt. Diese Immobilie würde ich jederzeit empfehlen !

Wonderful modern Provencal villa

We had a lovely relaxing holiday staying in Myriam's fabulous villa. The property enjoys a perfect location looking out from a raised position across olive, fig and cypress trees back to Grasse. The house is excellent inside and outside and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Our 3 girls slept downstairs which remained cool despite daytime temperatures reaching 35C. The house has a lovely open plan living area on the first floor with a nice lounge area and a well equipped kitchen as well the option to eat inside. The upper decking has a lovely corner sofa, a gas-fired plancha and a big wooden table for entertaining. There is a substantial high quality parasol that keeps the table in shade during the day. The pool area is excellent too with good quality loungers, a further parasol, poolside sofas and table tennis. The location is quiet and secluded although well situated for trips to Nice, Cannes and Antibes but also staying inland and visiting lovely villages such as St Paul de Vence, Mougins and Gourdon. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would be delighted to use it again in the future if we returned to the same area.

Amazing house!

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Everywhere was immaculate and contemporary and had everything that we needed. The views from the house were just breath-taking. Chateauneuf is stunning and although there are no shops there, the village below is just a 15 min walk and has all of the shops you could need. There are also so many beautiful villages just a short drive away. We had a wonderful time and the children had the time of their lives in the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Super weeke end dans une super villa

Nous avons passé avec des amis le week-end prolongé du 1er mai dans cette superbe villa. La vue est vraiment magnifique et la déco moderne et de goût. Les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs sont complets et de qualité ( transats, salon de jardin, table de ping-pong) Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et la qualité de l'accueil de la propriétaire (le panier d'arrivé est une belle attention). Les commerces sont très proches et la région est magnifique (mer, montagne). Une adresse où nous reviendrons et que nous recommandons.

Spring sunshine!

We had a wonderful Easter break at Le Figuier. Mornings we walked or jogged up to Pre du Lac to buy pastries for breakfast and to visit the bookstore. Afternoons the temperatures were warm enough to enjoy swimming in the pool. The house itself is modern and comfortable and has amazing views of rolling hills and the town of Grasse. There is plenty to do with visits to the Opio olive mill, the Fragonard perfume factory and hikes in the hills. And because we were there in April there were no crowds!

Skøn feriehus

Vi havde en skøn ferie. Et super lækkert hus hvor vi var 6 voksne og vi 4 børn i 14 dage. Huset er i super lækker stand og har alt hvad man kan tænke sig og har brug for. På terrassen og ved pool området blev der brugt mange timer. Man skal dog på regne ca. 45 - 60 min kørsel for at komme til standen.

Excellent sejour au Figuier

La maison est un havre de paix. Sa terrasse avec sa vue extraordinaire sur les oliviers et la montagne ainsi que sa piscine nous ont font passer un séjour idéal avec nos amis. Les prestations de la maison ( Menage, équipements extérieurs et intérieurs ...) sont plus qu'à la hauteur du descriptif. Nous avons apprécié le panier d'accueil. La situation géographique de la maison est parfaite ( Cannes et son arriére pays sont très faciles d'accès), toutes les commodités sont à moins de 15 mn à pied du village. Une maison que je recommande très fortement pour un sejour entre amis.

EXCELLENT LIEU DE SEJOUR

Très belle maison bien équipée, spacieuse, très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la piscine est extrêmement agréable. Un must pour un séjour dans l'arrière pays cannois. Toutes les informations données dans le descriptif étaient exactes, aucune mauvaise surprise ! Nous avons déjà communiqué l'adresse à des amis.
