Suitable for couples wishing to explore the South Downs National Park and nearby seaside town of Worthing.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Double Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. On road parking a few yards away. No smoking. Please note: There are 12 steps up to the garden. No dogs under the age of 1 year allowed.. Located roughly 5 miles north of Worthing and set within the green and pleasant hills of the South Downs National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, “Manor Cottage” lies in the quaint west Sussex village of Findon.
The village has a popular range of shops, public houses and restaurants to visit and is also convenient for easy access to endless walking and riding via footpaths, bridlepaths and the South Downs Way. Findon is by-passed by the A24 and provides good access to London. You can spot the horses in action on the gallops. Walk part of the 100-mile South Downs Way with historic woodlands where you can smell the intoxicating scent of the bluebells in the spring. Look out for barn owls, kestrels, roe deer and red kites, and you may even be lucky enough to see hares boxing. Outdoor pursuits of paragliding, hang gliding, golf, zorbing, mountain boarding and water sports are all available nearby.
The coastal town of Worthing, where you can stroll along the promenade on the award-winning art deco pier, is 5 miles away. Other places to visit include RSPB Pulborough Brooks nature reserve, 8 miles, Parham House and Gardens, 7 miles, and Arundel with its historic castle, 10 miles. A little further afield is Petworth House (National Trust), 17 miles, and Goodwood, 19 miles. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
