This property is nicely located for all the tourist sites around Bognor and Portsmouth. It's a nicely private and quiet location where it was easy to relax between our excursions.
Lovely accommodation. Spotless, Nice touches with complimentary snacks and Prosecco.

Lovely place to stay for a couple nights. Everything you needed - plus a few nice surprises - Prosecco, snacks, milk and eggs from the resident bantam hens.
Beautiful accommodation ,lovely and modern perfectly located , everywhere we visited took no more than 15 minutes absolutely wonderful for us compared to our home location
Thank you for a moment of peace in our busy life
This accommodation had everything we needed and more. The cleanliness was beyond excellent.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough.. We would definitely return if we get the chance.
The hosts made us so welcome and all the comforts we needed were there plus lots of little extras.
We choose this location because it was close to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Carol and her family were so friendly and helpful, since it was our first time to the UK. If I ever have the chance to go back we will definitely be staying at this property again.

Old Sefter Studio was a lovely place to stay for our weekend in the area. It was quiet and comfortable. I have no negative comments and would be happy to stay there again
A great place to stay for 2 adults, very very clean, nice surprise eggs in the fridge, everything you need a small outside patio with table and chairs, very private,
Great location you do have to drive everywhere as the house is on a busy road but only a short drive park up then walk to so many locations.
We would highly recommend staying here.
Very comfortable and clean and spacious (for a single holimaker - not often the case). Good to be close to owners' home thou careful layout of the properties allowed for privacy. I had just moved house, so lots of relaxing time there and gentle walks just a short car ride away, were just as I hoped. RSPB Pagham being so local was a special treat.
Modern and clean accommodation. Perfect for what we needed. We really appreciated the welcome touches left for us to enjoy. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us :)
A bright, modern well equipped apartment. Excellent, friendly support provided by the owners as needed in general conversation. A very convenient location.
A very well appointed property. Clean and tidy. A nice living room opening out onto a patio. Owners were friendly and the bottle of Prosecco and chocolate biscuits was gratefully received!
Location to town and beach good.
I would recommend it for a nice break
I would
I stayed on my own in the property and was perfect place for me to visit my elderly father in Aldwick. It has a small sunny patio to enjoy breakfast. Internet, TV, hot shower, comfortable bed, lovely welcome pack, I needn't have bought milk, essentials there for a few days.
Carole and Tim have thought of everything you may need for this real home from home stay- the best bit being the super fluffy towels !the welcome back was a lovely surprise and very welcome after our journey . The bed , despite me thinking it was hard at first , proved to be so comfortable that we had the best sleep in ages . The studio is ideally placed for visiting so many different areas - thank you Carole and Tim , we will be back for another relaxing break !
This is a clean, compact, tidy, trendy property close to all that Chichester has to offer. It is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauties and beaches of West Sussex and the adjoining counties and the South Downs National Park.
Excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants in its vicinity ensure that if you want to eat out there is choice a plenty.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything we needed was there.
A bit less comfortable couch but for the rest wonderful.

Due to my job I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and apartments, but this place is up there with the best. The accommodation is beautiful, spotless and the hosts are so welcoming and go over and beyond for you. I can’t recommend enough! Alice
Very much enjoyed our stay. The essentials left for us were greatly appreciated, thank you. If I had to make a negative comment, then it would be that the outside could do with a paint but as you stay inside, it's by no means a put off.
This is an idea place to stay for a couple or one person. Very quiet. I cannot give it full marks for cleanliness as there was a problem with ants when I was there, although Carole and Time were doing what they could to deal with them, so I hope the treatment is successful.

Why they chose this property
We moved to Old Sefter School in October 2020 to be closer to the sea where we enjoy walking, swimming & kayaking. It is a lovely friendly location - the beach and nature reserve are a short 5 minute drive away. The house is the old village school and therefore is known to many in the area - it was renovated and extended to include the studio approximately 12 years ago
What makes this property unique
We love the fact that the beach is one of the quietest in the area - it is a beautiful beach and apparently you can see the occasional seal swimming although we have yet to experience this pleasure. The nature reserve also provides lovely walks and is popular for bird watching. Pagham is located close to the South Downs providing access to Chichester, Goodwood Estate, Tinwood Vineyard and the South Downs
