The reason I gave an overall 4 star rating is because of the no parking on site and how difficult it was to bring in our bags and groceries. Other than that It was wonderful!!

Thank you for the 4 star rating. Our hotel.. although completely remodeled over the years, has only very limited parking and there is no way to add more or we would have gladly already done that. The way our parking works is first come first serve. After that we only have street parking that is unrestricted at all times.

Such a fantastic weekend. Celebrated my Mom’s 89th birthday. She’s unable to climb stairs but could enjoy the oceanfront views from our balcony. Lisa and Adrian are very kind and so pleasant to interact with!

Last year I reserved, paid in full, and got confirmation for this property. One day prior to arriving I called to ask how to check in….and the owner said they had no record of my reservation. After sending the confirmation the owner still wouldn’t allow us to stay. We had nowhere to go, everything was booked and any last minute bookings were overly priced. We had planned on this for a year and were seriously let down by this property. I do not recommend it at al.

This condo was spacious enough for the 7 of us. The ocean view balcony and access to the beach was amazing. I will definitely stay here again! Lisa is an excellent property manager.

Perfect Location

Perfect location on the pristine beaches of Carlsbad. The view off our balcony was outstanding with just a short walk down the stairs to the beach. The unit was clean and well-stocked and owners were on-site to replenished anything we needed. Super close to downtown Carlsbad with restaurants just a short walk away.

We had a great time!! The view was the best ever! Close to everything.

We were luck enough to get to stay for one week. I wish it was for longer. The view is beautiful!! It was clean and comfortable. My favorite part was waking up and having coffee on the deck. I loved watching the sea life and my son surfing from the deck. I can't wait to go back! The location couldn't be better. Close to shops and restaurants. Good for long walks on the beach and sunsets.

Clean and comfortable

We have stayed at Seashore a few times over the past 6yrs, in the one bedroom, grotto and two bedroom this time. Each time was great, each condo was clean and complete with everything as listed. The view is spectacular, sunsets fantastic. The owners were available and on site everyday. This location is an easy access to many attractions, ie. Lego land, San Diego is a short drive and /or taking the coaster train was 2 blocks away, and a comfortable way to travel to San Diego.

Very few properties in SoCal have unobstructed ocean views like ours! There is NO road, sidewalk, street... in front of our building. Only sand and the beach! We are truly on the seashore!
