Another amazing stay

This is our second visit and it was spectacular. Unfortunately my husband had a deadline and had to work most of the visit, but the WiFi worked really well and he was able to enjoy the view and work. The location makes it easy to walk everywhere. Thanks for another great visit!

One word: wow!

We had a wonderful spring break in Carlsbad. The condo is just as described and more. Fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up to coffee on the patio watching the surfers paddle out. We already booked a return visit.

Always Amazing

We have stayed in these condos several times, you really can't get any closer to the beach!!! The unit we stayed in could use some updating (the blinds were difficult to open and close) but overall we love it!!! My husband and I love the balcony, it feels like you are on the beach without sitting in the sand. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay by the ocean

This is a wonderful condo right on the sand and very close to lots of good restaurants. Communication and check in were a breeze, the unit is exactly as it looks in the photos and you will definitely not find a better location. Very quiet with the only noise being from the waves crashing on the sand. If I had any criticism, it would be that the a few things in the condo could do with refreshing and are a little "tired" but honestly, I wouldn't let that put you off, it's a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very few properties in SoCal have unobstructed ocean views like ours! There is NO road, sidewalk, street... in front of our building. Only sand and the beach! We are truly on the seashore!
