This beautiful barn conversion is located on the outskirts of Launceston and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
Please note: all bookings have to start on a Friday. Swallows Nest is a wonderfully converted barn positioned some 10 miles from Launceston, in the hamlet of Canworthy Water. It boasts two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and a ground floor children's bunks with en-suite bathroom, sleeping four people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an enclosed children's play area. Please note: due to storm damages the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property, nearest charge point is in Bude

Enclosed lawned garden with patio furniture and BBQ, shared garden with enclosed children's play area. Please note: due to storm damage the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6.3 miles, pub 5.1 miles. Note: There are stone steps leading down to the garden, children to be supervised at all times.
