About this property
Refurbished and homely traditional terrace house
Our house is in a great location 5 min walk to the bustling Lisburn Road.
This is a 2 bedroom terrace house which is over 100 years old.
It’s compact and the rooms are small. It sleeps a maximum of five people. The house was refurbished in June 2017. If you decide to stay in our house please have realistic expectations. We provide a clean and comfortable space at a reasonable price but it’s the budget end of Airbnb. As hosts we will do everything we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.
The space
This is a compact house which comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. The rooms are small by modern standards but very comfortable. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are downstairs with two double bedrooms upstairs. One with a double bed and one with a triple sleeper. This has a double bed with single bunk. The stairs are quite narrow and steep so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There’s a train line directly behind the house and for some people this can be disruptive so please consider this before you book. The trains don’t run through the night. The house was partly refurbished in June 2017 and completed in Jan 2018. The house next door is also available for larger groups.

There's a train line directly behind the house. Trains don't run through the night. They start about 7am and stop at around 11pm. The stairs are quite narrow and steep so please bear this in mind before booking. The house is over one hundred years old and the rooms are small by modern standards. We have a strict no smoking policy and £150 will be required to cover the cost of deep cleaning the house if this rule is broken.
